I would recommend this to folks who want to get off site for a collaborative team workspace. It's not the typical cubicle office, so you get to embrace the creative feel they provide. They have two studios, one in the front and one in the back. I've enjoyed a few of their Saturday sweat sessions 90 minutes where you're exposed to a variety of instructors - boot camp, barre, mat pilates and this past Monday enjoyed Kristine's mat pilates class - I really missed a good pilates class and found it here at the LB. The good thing is you pay per class, so you're not tied into a membership, at times life is really busy, but knowing you can sign up & take a class from a variety of instructors is a win win in Cincinnati.

The main fitness floor is open to the lobby which was a little distracting for me but I also enjoyed the view. The space was really nice with somewhat frosted mirrored walls and a ballet bar. I took the HIRT Bootcamp class and my instructor Melody was amazing you could tell she has made a career of helping people and instructing classes. She was super fit and was a great role model for fitness and health. I got a great workout and would love to return here soon!

Tickets were kind of pricey considering the place is small ($20 for adults), but I see it as supporting this amazing collection and the restoration of these signs to continue on. They also had a live neon bending demonstration when we were there, although we did not stay for the whole thing it was very interesting to learn how the signs are made and how the colors are created. They also have a section with antique hand painted freak show signs. Overall just a super cool museum with so much to discover.

I couldn't wait to see it. That wait finally ended this past Labor Day weekend when we took a trip to Cincinnati. This museum is everything it's billed to be and more. In fact, you don't even need to go inside to start to experience some of the great signs that they've accumulated. From neon signs to murals to metal signs, canvas signs, posters..you name it, they have it all. I'm in my 50's so many of these signs resonate to my youth. We didn't have electronic devices back in the 1970's, so looking out the window during road trips was what we did. And it's then that I saw these signs and fell in love with them. As time strips and destroys them, it's truly awesome to see a museum that's restoring and displaying them in all of their brilliance. The artistic value alone for these signs is off the charts. And the neon signs are simply remarkable. I took about 400 pictures while we were here and will just post one to give you an idea of what's in store. Enjoy!

We live in the area and have watched it grow to what it is today and it is a place my family looks to for activities weekly. The founder Ruth Ann, is the most engaging, caring neighbor I have ever met. I'm so glad that we have someone who was thoughtful and intentional on creating a space to nurture the kids in the community from the start of school and after, pour into the parents and neighbors all while creating opportunities for connection.

Some yahhoo upstairs thought he would fix his own toilet instead of reporting it. Do you have any idea how much a busted water a toilet tank can release...it poured for hours. With the fire alarm going off. Many hours later, holes drilled in ceiling, tubing running into drains, and enough fans that it sounded like I was on an airfield full of fighter jets, I threw up my hands, shoved the cats fat @ss into a carrier and fled. Moved from the downtown location to have cheaper parking. Valet is only $14 here, and you can self park for $10. You can actually park for free if your comfortable leaving you car in a retail parking lot nearby. I opt for Valet, and they were pleasant and always there when I needed them. Hotel seems very new, but not quite as spacious as the downtown location. And it's in an area with lots of great restaurants, and shopping. Color me happy. Except for the stress of that mess at home. Breakfast was good, and free. Let's hear it for free. It was my home away from home for awhile. Highly recommend.
