The gentleman at the front desk directed us to the elevator to take to the 12th floor. Top of the Park has two levels, I preferred the 2nd level only because the view is slightly better. It was a little chilly, but the heater lamps and fires made for a cozy atmosphere. The bartenders were friendly and my drink was tasty.
