Cool idea, kinda missed the mark. I think that this had the potential to be a really fun spot... or maybe, it's just more suited for a younger demographic. I had hoped for some cool photo ops, but really it felt kind of cramped and hard to get a good shot. It was a really small attraction for the price, especially since you can get from end to end in five minutes or less. I hope that maybe they'll be able to update or add a little "oomph" to this spot and give tourists a bit more bang for their buck. read more

We went to this attraction on the weekend. 2 adults, 2 kids and it cost is $47. Waste of money. We walked through it in 3 mins. Makes you dizzy. I told them I was not satisfied and wanted a refund. They said I was bullying their staff. I have never bullied anyone before. They should take all the money they are ripping people off for this attraction and invest it making it better so you can spend more time inside so you get your value. I don't recommend. read more

Done in less than 5 min However if your group are a bunch of creative folks who have great ideas of taking wacky group pics of people "upside down" in a house then this will be a great spot for such shots. You may do headstands inside and once the pic is taken then invert it. Anyway you get the drift. If your group is in a rush then better don't bother going in as the house is easily covered via a 1-2 min walk around it so not worth it. Decided to this because it's not everyday you see an upside down house. Basically you pay $20 (2 people) for 4-5 upside down rooms (and yes you will be super dizzy) and it's all over in 5-10minutes. I would say no to this attraction, a waste of time (plus you will be dizzy). read more

Not sure why, but I like this place. It is quirky but intriguing. Located just off the "strip" the Upsidedown House is EXACTLY what it is described as, a house built completely upside down... in every aspect of the word!! Unfortunately this house needs to be more interactive, or a few CAD less expensive as you walk in, walk up the stairs, then few turns later you are in the "backyard" which is not part of the experience. That said, if you have a few minutes and a few extra CAD it's a fun distraction from the hustle and bustle of the Midway that makes up a lot of the Canadian Niagara Falls non falls experience. read more

I understand the hype to see a house that is completely upside down. It's highway robbery to pay $22 American for a 4 room experience . I get the ticket lady said no time limit, but the house isn't level at all and stepping and walking around for 1 min we felt nausea and a vertigo feeling. Another "cool but not worth the price" place here in Niagara. It was definitely a neat little house with some fun photo ops, but for $20 for two of us it is very small and takes about 30 seconds to walk through. We went in the off season though so we were the only ones in there and took our time taking silly photos. I have never authored a yelp review until now. That is how passionate I am about telling the world how much of a waste this was. I found no sensory element to it that made me say "That was fun". I could have watched Mr Bean upside down, but I can watch it right-side-up for a buck out of the Redbox. I walked through in two minutes, and it was just a bunch of stuff tacked onto the ceiling. I got no sense of what there was TO DO there. Across the street is some game with a repeating message that says "Here you won't find....or boring exhibits." I think THIS was said boring exhibit. Admission price was a bit high for what it was. The attraction, itself, was cool and fun but not much to do or look at - strictly a novelty photo-op attraction. We had to lallygag in each room (there were only a few) to really make the whole thing last longer than two minutes. Not much space to allow for people to go past if they're right behind you - you just feel pushed and herded forward by the guests behind you. We were unfortunate enough to have a very uncouth young couple right behind us who only spoke in very loud swear words about everything, but there was no room to let them pass.
