The owner and employees obviously take pride in their business. They are continually adding onto and improving the new location and I can't wait to see it when it's done! I had a pedicure with Ashley who has a flair for cute designs on my toes (I'm always asking for something different). She did such a great job! This last time I tried the express spray tan and I have to say, what a difference! I had done one once before and hated the results, but this time she was super efficient and really thorough and my tan was perfectly feathered into my hands and feet with no annoying orange lines. Love it! I am definitely going back for other services in the future :-)

My big issue was that I picked a polish and a regular pedicure and when I went to cash out, the woman at the front desk told me my total was $53 instead of the 38 that I was expecting because I picked "shiny polish." During the facial she left for a long period of time without saying anything and there was no hand or feet massage. Came out to pay from my phone the owner is rude! She constantly click on my phone n claimed that she clicked it once. No I saw she clicked it a few times and my phone said she already clicked with the date n time. Ive been going to Finally Kelly's for over 10 years now. When I first went to her, the girl who did…read moremy hair prior to her gave me a perm. put me under a dryer for 45 mins, and virtually ruined my hair!!! I looked like Orphan Annie. My hair was like straw. Kelly cut, straightened and conditioned it, it was so soft when I left and I have been going back ever since. My hair is long, soft and Kelly is a pleasure to visit with when I am there, not only is she my hairdresser, she is someone that I call my friend. :)

Jennifer made my super nervous self feel excellent and carefree throughout my entire shoot. I am a very self conscious person and she made sure to work around my inhibitions and get the best shots. She took well over 200 pictures and made the reveal process so easy for me with her patience. My session came with hair and makeup however hair wasn't needed as it can only be styled one way and make up I can't stand but gave her make up artist a chance. While I didn't like the make up (which was most likely solely my opinion because I don't ever wear make up) Jennifer made sure to tone down the make up so I was able to enjoy the pictures she took without seeing the make up I disliked. All in all I found Jennifer and her studio experience to be nothing short of amazing and I will absolutely be returning to do another shoot with her soon. 10/10 recommend you do the same!!
