So I did NOT feel good when I returned an $180 pair of Asics. Sure enough, Amazon is saying that they did not receive my return, and is charging me again for the item. I take full responsibility for this. My gut told me not to leave this high value item with the UPS associate (who was by herself), and I didn't listen. Now I am out $180. So I will be driving my Amazon returns to the UPS in Myrtle or Charleston. I just can't trust this place, though my interactions with the other staff members for other services (copies, paid mailings) have been great. To be fair, something else may have happened to my return once I dropped it at UPS...but the whole thing is troubling.

I was told by the owner that he would refund my money for dry cleaning-never happened. After alterations they dry clean your clothes automatically I didn't want that service but, was charged and I paid it. The obnoxious owner said he would refund my debit card -never happened. The cloths were badly wrinkled in the back where they were laid on hangers. The alterations were terrible. I had to take them to N Myrtle Beach to Gala's Alterations. She showed me how the lady glued ( yes, you heard me right) my top of my vest and left the top not sown. My dress from Antonio Melani from Dillards hem was 2 inches shorter on the right side than left side. Shorts were uneven on both legs. Pantsuit from Antonio was uneven and not consistent in length. These are expensive clothes and they were not altered properly. I have spent a lot of money on dry cleaning and alterations here-no more I'm done. Miss Gala was nice enough to show me the mistakes made on the alterations and offered any help I may need in telling the owner. That is very kind & considerate of her!

Home office cannot be reached by phone. Have sent multiple emails and talked to their local branch and virtual assistant(s). No help whatsoever. Beware, beware. Keeping me up at night and they respond "be patient while we process your request". Such BS.
