When I walked in the gentleman didn't ha e much to do at the moment but quickly sprang to assist me! I had some questions and they were all falling over to answer them and with the customer that walked in shortly after me. My package put together for me and was made to feel like it was important. But today,…read morethere was a new young man there with long curly hair who was so rude, impolite with no manners at all. The store has young adolescents who do not know how to talk to grownups. I have gone to UPS before to return Macy's items and I did not have to close the box as I thought they will need to check inside. I drove an hour and half to return and all I ask kindly is for him to tape for me this one time. He yelled rudely and refused and said that the only way is to sell me a tape. And when he was asked to put the box away, he threw it way across the table behind him right in front of a whole crowd in queue. That was so disrespectful as I have a son older than him. The employees do not have any courtesy or customer service manners. They forget that without the customer, they don't have a job at all, so if you can, avoid this store on Patterson drive at all costs. Ps: I was there today the 22nd of June, 2026 again, and the experience was awful. Do yourself a favor and avoid this store!

    Today I received a valuable collector item delivered by UPS. The outside of the box was…read moreintentionally punctured several times (pictures attached). I am being targeted by Marsha the manager at WV UPS, and the driver because of a recent complaint I posted through the BBB a month ago. It is not possible that these types of violent puncture holes randomly happened in transit. Transit damage is usually the box is crushed or corners creased, but this was someone intentionally stabbing the box several times in a violent manner. As shown in the pictures this is clearly several stab like punctures that were inflicted on the box 9 times. The punctures went through the shipping box and into my collectors box. This will hurt the future value as a collectible. How else could such deep punctures happen if not intentionally? I am very, very concerned by the targeting and outright disregard that is being shown by UPS. Marsha of West Virginia UPS mocked me and hung up on me twice in my previous dealings. She made a joke of the whole incident. The last incident a pair of shoes was missing, and the blame was put on the Shoe company. But this time? The manufacturing company did not stab this box 9 times before shipping it. There is no excuses this time and it is obvious that the driver is retaliating against me and this has to be stopped. This is the 2nd incident in a month and I am documenting this to protect myself against this outright assault and vandalism. My next steps are to contact my attorney and file a report with the local police for vandalism, targeting, and harassment. This is now is a Federal crime. I also attached the picture the UPS driver took of the delivery verification. It is quite odd he only took a blurry picture of the steps to my house. Why do this? It is because he intentionally damaged the box and did not want to show this in the picture.

    I'll take accountability in saying that I visited within the last 15 minutes before closing…read more I came in with a large box that I struggled to bring in due its size and weight, waited in line for most of this time slot, got to the counter and was demeaningly advised that they couldn't accept my box because it required more tape. I asked if it was possible if I could buy a few strips of tape from them and they declined--that's fine, because perhaps they're not allowed, nor it is their job. I then asked if I could leave the box on the side of the counter or on the floor (pushed to the side) so I could run out to the car and grab my tape, they stated I am not allowed to do that because they cannot be responsible for my package. While I understood that, I asked if they could please make a one time exception being that the box was a struggle to bring in, and my car is just right outside the facility; the answer was still no. At this point, it's about 4-5 mins before closing, I brought the box out to the car, wrapped it in tape like spider-man would wrap you in webs. It wasn't necessarily the taping that took up most of the time, but rather the transportation of the box itself. Once I got back into the store, it was about one minute before close. Another person before me was finishing up as I walked back in, I got to the counter and I was told they cannot service me with shipping my box because they're now closed. I asked if they could please allow me to ship it as it was literally the last day I had available before a move out of state, and he said "No". I had visited this store in particular because of their hours and convenience..or so I thought. These guys here are just merciless in the fact that they watched me have a hard time and seemed to have never had the intentions of being of service to begin with. I understand it's a busy location, but projecting any frustrations that come with such, onto people is unacceptable. Abusing your power is inhumane, shadowed by undertones of disrespect and then passing it off as just doing your job. Please keep in mind that parking, or lack-there-of, is like playing a game of duck-duck-goose. Which was what partly left me with that 15 min time slot, as I circled around the block countless times to catch a spot close enough to make it possible for me to bring that box in. Had I not gotten that spot, there would've been no way I could carry it into the store from a longer distance. In any case, there are really fun and cool places to eat around the area; maybe explore a little if you're ever feeling adventurous.
