I'm trying to find out if there is a new UPS driver on the Jones run Road route out of Lumberport…read more for some reason he has carried my package three different times and never delivered it. yesterday was Monday and he literally passed my home three different times without delivering my package. I'm tired of looking at your website and the reason he's not delivering my package is due to in climate weather when I see the roads that he goes up and my driveway is nothing like them. It has snow on it but he could back down my driveway like he normally does and deliver my package.

Unfortunately, this clerk changed my address on a package and it was delivered to some other home. I guess I don't know where I live. That is pretty hard when I live on a one lane, half mile long road with only three houses on it. UPS needs to fire that clerk and the supervisor who never bothered to call me back per claims department at UPS. I know people in WV are not the brightest, but this is ridiculous. You can't get a number for your local UPS office either. I have been sitting in my home for three days waiting for this package and now I can't wait any longer as I have to get food for my home. What a waste of my time. FedEx for me from now on.
