They can never press a suit collar correctly. This time they didn't even do the whole suit! Still charged us full price and had the nerve to complain when we demanded to leave with it and never attempted to apologize or reslove the issue. This is not the first, second or even the third issue we have had. They are literally the only dry cleaners in town so we had no choice but to return. This time I'm done!!! I will drive over an hour. They might as well shut their doors if this is all the better they could do!

We have been storing our stuff in this climate controlled indoor storage unit for 12 years. Since…read morewe live in Alaska we have not been able to come check on things. Our daughter had been to this unit 4 years ago to try to downsize for us and found some things had been ruined due to water damage. She was told, at that time, that yes there had been a roof leak recently but the roof had been fixed and the problem had been resolved. They told her that they didn't contact anyone because it had just happened. When she left 4 years ago, the things that were left behind were the things that were not destroyed because of the roof leak back then. When we went back to collect our belongings today everything she had saved 4 years ago was now destroyed due to another roof leak and everything in our climate controlled indoor storage unit had water damage. Our family pictures were sitting in water, other belongings that are not replaceable are now destroyed. No one had an explanation as to why we were not contacted in any way about this water issue or how long water has been getting into our unit. Now we leave this "place of business" with a small car full of damaged family heirlooms.
