This review is for UPS over all...my package was delayed for week and a half. Everyday it was loaded on the truck and everyday it went back to the distribution center. So picking it up myself was the only way i was guaranteed to get my package. I had to drive across the Carquinez bridge and pay toll for something that was supposed to be delivered to my door. For the icing on the cake the facility doesn't open until 2pm (2-6) so if you work a 9-5 Mon-Fri good luck and not only that I had to wait in line for an hour before I got my package.

I've never had an issue w UPS before except for now. I have had multiple Packages delayed for over a week almost 2 being scanned and still sitting at the San Pablo location. No other hub creates such delays except San Pablo. I'm Not sure how one location can create such issue and yet the company itself is not bad with deliveries. Something needs to change here. There is no excuse as to why my packages can sit for 5-9 days when it's only a 10-15 min drive from the delivery location. Not to mention when you pay for express shipping and the company says it's out of their control. UPS needs to fix these issue as reading other reviews it's a constant thing!

San Pablo is the Bermuda Triangle of UPS! Packages get there and don't leave for days at a time! Sometimes they never leave. You have to wonder if the workers are taking things home to see if they can use it; then a few days later put it back into the system. This is nothing new; it has been going on for years! This is just the latest fiasko.

Moronic. "next day air saver" delivery = next next next day pick up yourself delivery

It really sucks to live in the east bay because when you send or are expecting to receive a package via UPS, you're apparently stuck with this facility and there's Always a high probability of there being a problem with it. If it hadn't been for Helen and Reggie manning the customer service counter Christmas Eve morning, I would have been extremely close to screaming at someone - they were able to keep most of the customers calm and (somehow) patient. 1) I understand that it was so close to Christmas that mistakes can happen. Shipments could be overlooked, deadlines missed, etc etc. But if something is marked with "URGENT" and definitely doesn't look like a Christmas gift shouldn't it be delivered as soon as the mistake is found?? People pay extra to have something delivered overnight or the next day and it's not always just a random "thing"! 2) I talked to at least 5 different UPS reps the Friday that my package should have arrived. 3 of them GUARANTEED that it was en route and that it would arrive That day. All 3 were wrong. I know because I stayed home the entire day, waiting by the door. After 11pm I called one more time to ensure my package would be available for me to pick up by 9am so I could finally meet up with my family for the Holidays. I was assured it would be ready. 3) I arrived at this center at 9am on the dot Christmas eve morning. My package was not ready for me to pick up and they had to go look for it because they didn't know where it was. So instead of spending 3 hours driving in my car to meet with family, I spent 3 hours twiddling my thumbs at this UPS center. The worst is I was later told that it was accidentally left on the truck and was again "out for delivery". Sitting around wasting another entire day at home during a holiday weekend was not my idea of fun so I requested to meet with the truck driver somewhere in order to receive my package. By some miraculous turn of events, Helen was finally able to get a hold of the driver and had him deliver my package within the next half hour to my house instead. THANK YOU HELEN - not UPS. I just don't understand why anyone still uses UPS to send packages. I always feel like I have to worry about it reaching its destination! I have NEVER experienced this much problems with Fed-Ex. After this last attempt in working with UPS, I vow to NEVER EVER use UPS again. I will pay another company $50 extra just to avoid using them. The headaches they cause me is just not worth it. PS. While they do have a " 'strict' guaranteed delivery or your money back policy" - if your package is not delivered within their delivery time frame (with a few minor small-printed exceptions) you get a Full Refund. However, since YOU pay the company sending you the package and the company pays Them, and often times the company doesn't want to take an hour hassling with UPS for a small time "chump change" refund, you most likely won't get your money back.

Literally the sloowessssssttttt and most incompetent place ever. I literally live 1/4 mile away from this place. My package has been floating around their warehouse and or "out for delivery" for 4 days. FOUR DAYS!!!!!!!!! The driver picks up it but never delivers it, and so it goes back to the warehouse and then same thing the next day... "out for delivery" then back to the damn warehouse. Why???!?!?!??!???!! Horrrible. Don't BS me and scan my package letting me know it's out for delivery, but then take it back and say something else. Going on 5 days now. Going on 6 days now

    UPS driver falsifying logistics.

This is the worst UPS Hub. The Manager/ Supervisor are rude. They didn't display a name tag. When asked their names. They refused to give it. The driver on my route has falsified delivery attempts( No door tag ) and falsified logistics putting I requested to pick-up my packages. This has been an ongoing problem since 2016. The driver started retaliating against me for complaining to Customer Service about falsifying delivery attempts. The UPS driver is a White Guy. He deliver to white neighborhoods and businesses. But he won't deliver packages to a senior building with mostly all blacks. One of my neighbors told me UPS said they can't deliver packages to our building. She had 4 packages returned to the shipper becuz she's disabled and can't pick-up her large boxes. I was expecting a package today from bath and body works. The UPS driver logged in the logistics. That I requested to pick-up my package, this is a lie. Last month I had to wait in line for over an hour for 2 packages the driver refused to deliver. One box had been opened and a bottle of perfume I had made was stolen along with it's carrying bag. I've reported this UPS driver so many times. I have a paper trail of all non deliveries and falsified logistics. I also have a paper trail of all my emails with Customer Service. Customer Service apologized for my issues with the UPS driver. And said they contacted the Richmond,Ca Hub. I've been told so many times that the manager would call me back in 20 mins. The Manager at the Richmond,Ca Hub has never called me back. I want the Manager/ Supervisor ,and Driver fired. I want the CEO to step in and address my ongoing problem with UPS. One thing for sure. UPS has a Union that stand up for it's drivers no matter how bad they are. The drivers knows this and use it to their advantage. They know that their Union takes sides for them. U need to ask companies not to ship using UPS. We all need to find an attorney to file a class action lawsuit against UPS. I pay for my packages to be shipped to my door. I don't wanna burn my gas driving to pick it up. If that's the case I would drive and buy things locally. If anyone wants to spend a few days protesting this hub, I'm in. It's time to speak up and be heard. Since protesting is the only way to get the attention needed to resolve things. I feel the time is now. I'm calling for a peaceful protest outside of 1601 Atlas Rd, San Pablo, CA 94806.

I have been waiting for a package that was shipped out on 6/3 it is now 7/1!! It keeps getting sent back to the warehouse so I thought sending it to a local locker would be a better option WRONG it's been stuck on emergency/weather delay since 6/27 what does that even mean??? This is so frustrating I just want my box

It was a severely sunny day! They must have run out of sunscreen.

Terrible service. These guys will cite "Adverse Weather Conditions" as a reason not to deliver your package on three consecutive beautiful sunny days; I find it hard to believe they are so sensitive to sunlight exposure. They also refuse to allow you to pick up your package via will-call. If you see any positive reviews on here, you can be sure they are merely employees trying to save face. UPS used to be a decent company and it's unfortunate that I find myself relying on Fed-Ex now.

This is the tracking info from UPS. UPS- San Pablo received my package on 6/12/2020. It is now 7/23/2020, and not a word from UPS.

They eased the stress of an international move by providing boxes and some packing material. Whenever I had questions, the staff were helpful. I did find it was easier to reach help when I called during Asia/Europe business hours. When I called during American business hours, it could take an hour to reach someone. Keep in mind that you can't update certain information, such as your delivery address or visa information (if you haven't received your visa yet at the time of pickup), so you have to call them to update the information. They also warned me that there was a delay in shipping globally, so I was mentally prepared for the 3.5 months timeframe. There were a couple of glitches. On the delivery date of empty boxes to the origination, the delivery partner, UPS, didn't show up. I had to call to reschedule. I'm glad I left a big buffer so it wasn't the day before our departure. On the day of boxes pickup, UPS showed up as scheduled. We needed to bring the boxes to the truck as expected, and the driver loaded the boxes into the truck. The day I was notified via email that our boxes had arrived at the receiving port, I called right away to schedule delivery. I had the person repeat my delivery address to confirm it was all set. I didn't receive any confirmation email but thought that was normal. When I didn't get a call about the delivery window the day before the scheduled delivery, I called Seven Seas again. To my horror, there was no entry for my delivery. The rep this time took my information again, and scheduled for a new date. This time I received a confirmation email. The delivery team called me 10 minutes before their arrival, as I requested. The two guys were very nice and helped bring the boxes all the way up to our apartment door. All contents of the boxes were well preserved even though one box was a little beaten up. Overall, we had a good experience.

Their customer service is also very responsive, and knowledgeable. The ability to use their portal, really helps with any guess work or back and forth on paperwork, insurance, etc. Its all self service and easy to use. The only issue was with the pick up of the goods from our pick up address. The driver wasn't willing to help move boxes from the garage to the truck (15ft away). My parents (in their 80's) had to tip the driver for him to help. He basically sat in the truck until he got tipped and even then, my dad loaded the boxes onto the trolley, and the driver with the help of my 82 year old Dad put them in the cube.
