I just had such a great experience. I ordered some furniture that needed a signature to be received.. I was not home at the time it was delivered. I got a notification it was going to be held at the Loveland customer center. I got a phone call from an Even saying I could come pick it up between 8 and 8:30pm that day. I have such a weird work schedule that actually ended up being a perfect time. I got there about 8.. well after normal business hours. I wasn't quite sure where to go but crossed paths with a couple drivers who were very friendly and pointed the will call door I was looking for.. the staff inside was so welcoming. I mean at 8 O'clock at night.. if it were me, I don't know how excited I'd be to deal with some weirdo knocking on random doors. With that said everyone was super helpful and my local driver who tried to deliver to me earlier in the day was still there and helped load everything into my car. Thank you! read more

The UPS driver has stolen my package reported to UPS that the package was delivered on Saturday when clearly it was not the photo that was provided is not even clear of a package and clearly not of my home. UPS has a really bad problem with customer service. You cannot reach anyone. No one will reach out to you for at least 15 days. so I'll be going down to Police Department today and I will be making a report for the UPS driver for stealing my package. UPS routinely says they attempted to deliver a package to me, when in fact they did not. (I know because I was home the whole time.) Sometimes they deliver to my house, sometimes to an unlocked "drop box" that anyone could steal from; at no point did they ever notify me of what they were doing or why. It's sad when the US Postal Service is much better than your private delivery service. read more

I called 7 times in one day to get my package, never once got a call back and they also told me that same day pickup was open about 3 hours longer than regular services, I show up and no one is there and they're closed, this location is controlled by a bunch of morons who have no idea as to what communication is, DONT use UPS if you can help it read more

I shipped a big heavy stone coffee table top from NY to CO. The USP store in NY packed it. It was not cheap to pack and ship. The table made all the way it to this location by truck, and then was damaged. I wasn't notified until two days later by which time they had decided to discard the entire thing. No photo, no story, no return of broken pieces. I'll fight with UPS separately about the shipping cost and insurance, but this is an absolutely terrible way to handle an accident. This was a family item, it can't be replaced for any price, but getting even a piece of it back would have made a big difference. I imagine that UPS loses or damages a very small percentage of packages, I would have expected they'd be more able to make good on the small number that they break and recognize that not everything that's shipped is just merchandise. read more

I was expecting a delivery today. I work from home. I heard the truck go by and checked my tracking number. It said my package had been delivered to me door. I checked my cameras, NO ONE HAD BEEN ON MY PORCH. I saw the truck drive by on my camera but it did not stop. I checked my porch and AGAIN NOTHING! I called multiple times and had to deal with the incompetent automated system which would not let me speak to an agent. I finally filled out a form and received a call. I explained everything to that agent who notified someone would be calling me back after tracking the drivers information. She called me and told me that it was left on my porch and was probably stolen. I said it was never delivered to my porch but she insisted that it indeed had been. So am I a liar??? I have cameras proving it was not. I hung up as I was getting no where. Walked down the street to find my package on someone else's porch. Customer service sucked! The customer (me) was not lying. The driver screwed up NOT ME! I am tired of paying for stuff then being expected to kindly accept the incompetence. Wtf???​ read more

I waited for a package that required a signature. Supposedly part of address missing. I called their office they said they would call me to let me know by end of day where to pick up package. Never got a call . Waited next day, nothing so I called and they said I could pick up on Monday after noon since they're closed and not gonna be open on Sat. Or Sun. UPS Ground is the worst carrier - I will avoid purchasing from companies that use them in the future even if they offer free shipping. I waited for 16 hours for a signature-required package (laptop) to be delivered to my home from a purchase on BestBuy.com. When I had not received it by 10pm day of guarateed delivery I called UPS, waited on hold for 30 minutes and they said it was on the way, on time. I waited up until midnight and no delivery. Then the UPS website/tracking said "information unavailable" and the laptop was missing. After dealing with Best Buy customer service for an hour to try to track it they could not locate the missing laptop with UPS and I cancelled the order. I had to pay an extra $40 to pick up the item in the store but its better than relying on UPS Ground. read more

Ups Loveland is obviously full of bs when 5 different packages I have ordered over the course of the last couple weeks are out for delivery every day and never delivered. They obviously can't Handel the volume of work that they have gotten. Coming from my previous job working for Usps where I thought there was a lot to be desired at least we could get the packages out in a timely manner. read more
