She does not smile and most frequently is terse, acting as though she cannot get away from you. She chomps on her gum and does not offer different means of shipping or ways to cut the cost of said shipping. When I had gotten my mother's mail, I realized that I had misplaced my mom's key. I searched my car and realized that I must have left it at the post office. When I went back and asked if I had left the key there, she looked around and sarcastically asked if I had looked for it!(???) I told her that I had looked quite thoroughly for the key and I knew that I had left it there. The woman gave a big sigh and aggressively asked me if I knew it was in the mailbox or not. I said that I had not seen it there, just as I was looking at the open door of the box and there it was! I apologized to the woman and went on my way. The lobby of this office is always clean, but the inner customer service area could be called clean but nearly as good as the outer part. The floors are dusty around the edges and dull as can be. There is a layer of dust on the window ledges and it just does not smell clean overall. The peg board of assorted postal items is located off in a corner in a way that just is not easily accessible. They are definitely out of the way! This office rather crowded if there are 3 or more people in line. It does not seem that they really care.
