COVID specimen

They lost my COVID specimen that was supposed to be shipped overnight. Every time I call customer service I get a middle eastern person who hardly speaks English. Extremely irresponsible that they could "forget to scan" an item that says overnight. No one seems to know what happened to the package.

I understand those are difficult times, but some info would be great. Package was suppose to arrive ten days ago! Thanks

Customer service does not exist at this location at all. I've been here twice and both time have been a horrible experience.

Almost half the items arrived broken and I IMMEDIATELY contacted Maria and Ricardo the owners, and was assured by them that UPS would be in touch with me. They never claimed at the time I contacted them that I had not requested full coverage. I regularly purchase items at auction and always purchase full coverage for my cost of the items. Many, many weeks went by without a word from UPS or Pakmail Miami and I contacted Maria and Ricardo again to inform that no one from UPS had contacted me (entirely on my own initiative I had sent a complete photographic record of the damages) They emailed me claiming FOR THE VERY FIRST TIME that I had only been covered by insurance for the minimum amount of $100, claiming falsely that I had wanted to save money on insurance and also that too much time had passed and UPS would not consider any claim. ***I NEVER RECEIVED ANY COMPENSATION THAT I WAS ENTITLED TO AS A RESULT OF WHAT I CONSIDER BLANTANT NEGLIGENCE ON THE PART OF PAKMAIL MIAMI. ***IT IS ALSO MY OPINION, if that isn't clear, THAT THE OWNERS OF PAKMAIL MIAMI ARE UNTRUSTWORTHY! ***All supporting emails are available for review.

I called esquire express today because I remember using them years ago and I recall their…read morereliability. Sadly, I don't know what happened over the years but today was another story. I specifically said I needed something picked up at 3pm. The courier called me at 1:30 and said no one was answering the door at the pickup location. I said thats because the pickup was scheduled for 3pm. He said oh okay no problem. I called the main number again at 4pm and asked if my package had been picked up. I was told that the courier was on his way to the pickup location. The girl answering the phone is nice and trying her best but I felt like I was talking to a small child. Mind you, I paid for rush delivery. Oh and they asked if they could drop it off tomorrow. um..... NO. I placed this request at NOON! Now it's after 5pm, I can't leave my office because I'm waiting, my boss is annoyed that he doesn't have his check and I don't even know what to say at this point other than I need to find a new courier.

This place is the most unprofessional joke of a company. I would rate them -3! They couldn't answer…read morea simple email from 5 days prior. Do not repone to text messages that they initiate. Kathleen supposedly an account manager is clueless. Then they schedule a delivery without contacting me then wonder why I'm not there. Incompetent, unprofessional , curt (yes they may need to look those words up in a dictionary) what an absolute JOKE of a company!!! Don't waste your time with these clowns!
