It took 4 weeks to complete the job, but I kept being told it will be done "next week". This is one of the most sloppy remodels I've seen - they had to come back out to my house 5 times to fix mistakes the first guy kept making while drinking. Now, the remodel is "done". They did not caulk the baseboards by the shower, ruined a portion of my newly painted walls, originally put unfinished baseboards down in the bathroom that swelled up within days, among other issues. I would not recommend this company, they take way too long to do the job and didn't do it the right way. Now, I'm finishing the project myself.

They have a lot of solid residential building experience, knowledge, and a cadre of selected subcontractors to complete construction exactly as they want it done. They did an outstanding job of managing the construction steps and completed our project well ahead of schedule. It was a pleasure to work with them and we recommend them without reservation.

After meeting so many contractors during our new home renovations, that Aaron was tip of the spear amongst contractors. The quality of the cabinets exceeded my expectations. Real wood. NO particle board, No plastic hinges or hardware. Aaron's son installed the cabinets which took about only 2.5 hours. When completed he went over the install with us. Just beautiful work! Even my neighbors stopped by and were super impressed. Looks like NW Garage Cabinets may have new customers. We plan on having additional cabinets installed in the future. New pictures coming soon.

Because they were the lowest cost bidder for our garage cabinet project. And from the prem visit to discuss the project of designing and building cabinets through installation it was a six star worthy experience. Responsive. Knowledgeable. Quality product. Reasonable prices. We feel like we got MORE than we paid for. We heard about this company via word of mouth from friends who used them. So we wanted to pass that favor on via word of mouth through Yelp. My hubby has had an itch to replace some (perfectly fine from my view) metal shelving in our garage with spiffy built in cabinets. I finally gave up on my protests about better places to spend the money. Once the cabinets were installed last week, we have so much more storage in the garage, to say nothing of everything looking better that I wonder what took him so long. NW Garage Cabinet Company responded to my hubby's first phone call quickly and set up an appointment. Within a day or two a delightful guy showed up (on time for the appointment) and spent some time looking at a sketch my husband had done for what he was thinking, suggested improvements to the ideas, did a layout sketch to scale and provided an on the spot quote. A quote detailed enough that we knew what materials were going to be used and how the cabinets would be installed. And a quote that was substantially lower than the other two companies we'd contacted. We'd have thought it all "too good to be true" had it not been for our friend's similar experience with NW Garage Cabinet Company. So we signed on the dotted line and within a month, the cabinets were delivered and installed (again, right on time). The quality of the cabinets is top notch, much better materials than used by the competition that bid higher prices. NW Garage Cabinet Company uses plywood, not the cheaper and less stable particle board, top quality melamine doors, full adjustable shelving and good quality glides on drawers as well as mahogany trim frames. Highly recommended!

His reputation kept coming up whenever polished concrete floors were discussed. Later I learned he had been chosen to complete the floors for the first Porsche Design Studio in the United States, which really set the bar. When it came time for our own project, a vendor out of Texas told me, "If you can get Timm, he's the guy." They mentioned he had done work for a number of Microsoft executives and other high-end homes. When Timm came out to see our project, the concrete had already been badly mishandled by the original contractor and most people told us it couldn't be salvaged. Timm saw what others didn't. He was able to restore the floor and bring it back to life in a way that honestly exceeded our expectations. The finished product looks incredible. Simply put, Timm delivers results where others say it can't be done. -- Steve Linder, Project Manager
