My Orthopedic surgeon felt I didn't need surgery and would heal and sent me to Dr. Frank. With 1 epidural steroid infusion I walked out of the hospital pain free. He is a highly skilled and personable physician with a caring bedside manner unlike no other. Just a Brilliant physician. Just a note... After reading reviews prior to my visit felt it was imperative to report .... All office staff has been replaced with smart, educated and caring staff. I explained to his assistant when I cancelled. She gave me another appointment 3 weeks later. When I go, he tells me 2 deaths in my immediate family was no excuse to miss an appointment. I explained to him I had meds during this time because of the way they are filled (pharmacy always sends out 3-5 days early every month). He then takes me off of an extended relief med I've been on for years, and lowers the dosage of the other. What type of Dr does this? He said I should have missed my voters funeral rather than an appointment with him. And would NOT give me my prescriptions without me seeing him. This is no Dr anyone should want to go to. He's under anesthesiologist Drs.

Horrible experience here. Long (30+) minute waits, unprofessional front office (personal…read moreinfo/conversations held in public places), and terrible treatment. Allegedly they give you a numbing cream before laser hair removal but who knows if it works because it certainly didn't numb anything (I have had 5 other areas treated at other offices - this was by far the worst!) They took me to one room to have the cream put on and then had me walk through the office to another room to wait and then the idea was that I would then walk to another treatment room. WHAT??!! Makes no sense to me. When I asked for a copy of my charts, they refused and only complied when I envoked my legal rights. They later called me to let me know that the copy would be mailed to me and when I let them know that I would be submitting a letter of complaint, the technician (Carol) proceeded to harass me and tell me that I had no idea what I was doing and then she hung up on me. She was yelling, I remained calm throughout the conversation. I purchased a Living Social deal and promptly asked for a refund. Would certainly recommend others do the same before wasting your time.

I have had absolutely no problems with them. He also injected my cheeks and top lip with fat. My own fat. It still looks good. It's been at least 17 years. I was pleasantly surprised to see he is back and available for injectables. For me it is worth the hour drive because I feel he is an artist. He administered a facelift on my mother in about 1996 it was one of the most natural facelift I have ever seen. I think that is very important. He is also very nice and personable. I will be calling this week to make an appointment for a liquid facelift of sorts sincerely, Justine Kranz

Dr. Zonshayn came highly-recommended, but I found it deeply frustrating working with his receptionist. Across 2 visits and 4 phone calls, she regularly interrupted me, told me I was wrong, and made me feel unwelcome. I'm 36, and this is honestly the worst customer service I've ever experienced. The good news is that Dr. Zonshayn has an excellent bedside manner, is clearly an expert in his field, and he gave me a cortisone shot that helped ease my pain. However, given the receptionist, I won't be going back unless absolutely necessary.
