After calling in month 6 Dr. Pierson crawled out from whatever hole he lives in to tell me that "that's how we do business, you walked into the office so it is an office visit" even though I never met with any Doctor/Nurse that day. There are better doctors out there and ones that one over charge (or in this case just simply fraudulently make up phantom appointments you were never attended) There is a reason his reviews are as low as they are.
