Doctor Tashko was my endocrinologist for over four years until we moved to Texas three months ago…read more He is an outstanding physician: incredibly knowledgeable and genuinely caring about his patients - spending as much time as was needed to answer all of my questions and concerns without hurrying through any part of the appointment. His whole practice is patient-centric where the patient's need definitely come first. His consultations will be missed!

I've been seeing Dr. Tashko since June 2016, 8 years after I was diagnosed with Type 2 diabetes. I…read morehad visited more than 5 endocrinologists before I met Dr. Tashko. My condition was getting worse. Other endocrinologists were unable to help and all of their effort was to constantly change my medications without any explanation and no results. I always felt rushed during my doctor visits with them especially after having had to wait in the waiting room for long periods, which was very inconvenient and useless.  Dr. Tashko is one of the very few doctors I know who is extremely passionate about his profession. He takes time to make sure all my questions are answered. He works with me to address my health concerns and makes sure I understand my course of treatment and action. He makes sure we are on the same page and understanding. He takes his time to explain the prescriptions and their side-effects, how they work, and the science behind them. He discusses several options, the outcome of each, and which best works with my lifestyle for the best result. I have NEVER seen a doctor who cared so much. He always prints out handouts for me to take home and he directs me to related articles and resources to educate me on my health condition. Hands down, Dr. Tashko is one of the best doctors and I'm so blessed to have met him and have him as my endocrinologist. After having two babies back to back in 2018 and 2019 I had gained a lot of weight and my A1C went up to 7.0. Thanks to Dr. Tashko I lost 36 lbs and dropped my A1C down to 5.0. This is the best I've ever felt about my health and physical appearance. I would also like to add that his staff is very friendly, respectful, and responsive. I always get a respond within an hour (on business hours) no matter if my inquiry is administrative or medical related. I highly recommend him!

From refreshments, to billing and making sure your next appointment is scheduled, she is on top of it all. I love the informational sheets and goals that are printed out at the end of each appointment reminding us of goals and vital information we discussed with Dr. Parker. Dr. Parker is enthusiastic, a terrific listener and you can tell she truly cares about the health of your child. I've never experienced a practice such as this and I would recommend this practice to any one seeking to feel supported throughout their journey to living a healthy life for their children.

My wife and I were pleasantly surprised that Dr. Moragianni was present for every visit and offered clear, concise insights and direction. Maureen, our nurse was also a pleasure to work with and always followed up with timely calls as promised after our in person visits. Dr. Moragianni's practice is clearly a step above all others and we would definitely recommend her as your first choice.

My husband and I tried to conceive for six years before initially seeking treatment at another provider in the area. After a year of being treated like a number in a baby factory at the big box fertility clinic, we decided to take a break. We were defeated, discouraged, and unsure whether we would continue in our attempts to have a child. The next year a good family friend who is also an out of state OBGYN suggested Dr Moragianni. We were able to schedule with her fairly quickly and our consultation left us feeling a renewed sense of hope! She actually listened to everything we had to say and explained things to us that we didn't know even after a year of treatment elsewhere. After our first round of bloodwork to get starred, Dr Moragianni identified an irregularity with my thyroid that had been grossly overlooked at the other clinic. She continued to monitor and work with us as I sorted out the thyroid issue with an endocrinologist. During this time we found that my ovaries were often not visible making it nearly impossible to determine egg count and quality. Based on the examination experience, I believe this was also the case at the previous clinic, only they blindly treated me without explaining the situation and therefore the treatment was continuously unsuccessful. Dr Moragianni on the other hand very clearly explained everything, presented us with options, and offered her best advice. She did not encourage us in any way to proceed with a path that was likely to be a dead end. One thing she offered and I was unaware of was egg donation. Ultimately, this made the most sense for our situation, and now we have a beautiful baby boy that I carried to full term. Thanks to Dr Moragianni, my underlying health issue was resolved (I had parathyroid surgery), my time and money were not wasted, and I was treated like the top priority patient at every visit! THANK YOU for helping us complete our family!!

I wish I had read these reviews before my husband became a patient of Dr. Karon…read more My husband's appointment was scheduled for May 5. Unfortunately, he was unable to make it because he was taken by ambulance to Frederick Health Hospital that morning. I called the office immediately to let them know he had been transported by ambulance and that we would not be able to keep his appointment. About two weeks later, we received a very threatening letter stating that we owed a $100 missed appointment fee. I immediately called the billing department and explained what had happened. I also pointed out that I had, in fact, called to cancel, and that it was impossible to provide 24 hours' notice when someone is experiencing a medical emergency and is being taken to the hospital by ambulance. Today, I received another invoice demanding payment of the $100 fee. I called both the billing department and the doctor's office. Once again, I explained the situation. They acknowledged that their records show I called to cancel, yet no one seems willing or able to correct the mistake. I will not pay a missed appointment fee for a genuine medical emergency, especially when I notified the office as soon as it happened. To make matters worse, the representative I spoke with, Tiffany, hung up on me while I was trying to resolve the issue. Between the inaccurate billing, the inability to correct an acknowledged error, and the unprofessional customer service, this practice appears to have serious administrative problems that need to be addressed

I'm giving her the benefit of the doubt and presuming she was under pressure to see a lot of patients as quickly as possible and this explains the careless treatment I consistently received. She was usually very unclear in explaining things and in too much of a hurry to answer questions, which she would sometimes refer to her assistant, who was also clueless. The whole office was horribly run. No one live ever answered the phone. You had to leave a voicemail. Calls were usually not returned the same day. It could take days to set up an appointment. After a visit, I often got a followup survey about my experience emailed to me. But when I filled it out and tried to email it back, I would get an error message about a server problem. Every single time!!! Nothing about this particular office works! Truly an awful experience! So glad to be done with them. Used to be so much better.
