Honestly, fast food restaurant is more consideration. all the staffs are nasty, rude, no bedside manner like their boss. Dr. Agento is the worst doctor in this office and unfortunately, he is the one in charged. Sadly he is craving for money not your health. Please and please do yourself a big favor, do your homework and check somewhere else to seek care. You are going to regret to end up with a lot bills and charges for unnecessary. They go from 10 doctors to zero doctor wants to do practice at this office. The office manager is even a piece of trash. The call center Brandon, Stacier are the worst people in this office. The phone never can get through the line. their employees break are seem to be entire day. very disgusting and extremely disorganize. from top to bottom, rude, nasty, unprofessional. I am so glad and very very happy no longer patient at this office. Their are a ton of good doctors in the world. Don't be the one stucked and regret. good luck for every patient are still seeing doctors here.

They have internal lab collection and Ms Ty is sooooo good at finding the right way to get bloodwork done! She got me in one stick!! Yay!!! I am known for being a very hard stick and I tend to be chronically dehydrated... The front desk is staffed well with friendly, professional, and attentive individuals. The doctors are very busy and they have the forms done via print, complete, and emails. Getting an appointment may be a bit of a wait, but worth it. Tip: if you need anything quickly discussed during your visit, write it down and bring it with you ... This is easier than trying to remember on the spot :)

As I was looking for a doctor who is trained in Integrative medicine for my family, I had some basic questions as to whether the doctor was taking patients only with serious illnesses or otherwise healthy and also insurance. She basically did not know any answers and instead chose to read something repeatedly that really did not answer these simple basic questions. She then got annoyed when I pointed this out to her and asked if someone could get back to me with answers by saying that she had already answered my questions. She then had a poor attitude with me and showed clearly her annoyance with me. It was quite frustrating at this point so I decided to end this comical call. So I wasted my valuable time and got the worst impression of a doctor's office ever with this person. But perhaps they have so much business that they can have her behave this way? I mean really - at $350 consultation fee plus $175 thereafter that she said most insurance won't cover, I guess they are doing extremely well! They say you can judge a book by its cover and often, office staff can make or break your practice as good doctors know.

I enrolled in a one-year membership for myself and my husband on February 28, 2025. From the start, there were problems. Prices were increased without any notice--I only discovered this at the time of my appointment. I was also promised doctor-led reviews after bloodwork, which never occurred; instead, I only spoke briefly with a nurse practitioner and received generic recommendations. Additionally, after each visit, there was consistent pressure to purchase expensive add-ons, often supported by concerning claims such as exaggerated food intolerances, "gut permeability," or potential Lyme disease, which felt more like sales tactics than objective medical guidance. More concerning is a pattern of improper charges. I was repeatedly billed for "free" monthly IM booster shots and had to call every time to dispute the charges, often spending 20+ minutes just to reach someone. These recurring, unauthorized charges raise serious concerns about their billing practices. On February 3, 2026, Nava contacted me stating that our memberships had already expired, which was incorrect, as I clearly signed up on February 28, 2025. On that same call, I explicitly declined the offer to renew. Despite this, both memberships were still charged. Only one membership was fully refunded; the other was partially refunded. Nava claims I "used services" on February 28, 2026; however, on February 20 I was told to reschedule my February 21 appointment due to provider illness. I immediately rescheduled to the next available Saturday, February 28--the only day I could attend due to work and travel. This delay was entirely caused by Nava, and I should not be penalized for accepting the only option provided after my membership had ended. After reviewing other complaints, this reflects a broader pattern of billing and service issues. I am requesting a full refund of the remaining $200 and written confirmation that my membership is canceled with no further charges.

From the first meeting I had with Dr. Possner, I knew things would be vastly different and that I had found someone that would have a profound impact on my health. My first appointment was the longest time I had ever spent with a doctor. My appointment was 2 hours and Dr. Possner had fully reviewed my medical records and engaged me in thoughtful conversation about my medical history. I left my initial appointment with a feeling of empowerment over my health that I had never really felt before. Little did I know that the impact of having Dr. Possner as my doctor would happen so quickly. I was on vacation and had an acute UTI. It was after business hours, but I was able to call the office and get the on call doctor that happen to be Dr. Possner. I walked him through my symptoms and he immediately called in a prescription for me. Because he had such knowledge of my history it was easy for us to communicate and talk through my symptoms. He checked on me via email through the client portal several times over the next couple of days to ensure I was ok. The fact that I was in a remote part of a different state and I was able to call and speak with the doctor saved me stress and the hassle of finding an urgent care to go to. He has made several recommendations to other specialists and doctors, all of whom have turned out to be amazing. His referral goes a long way with each specialist I have scheduled an appointment with. I can't recommend Dr. Possner enough; he's a great listener, thoughtful, caring, kind and you can tell he truly loves what he is doing. His follow through is simply amazing.

She decided that I was "anorexic", bc one of my concerns was diabetes related risk due to the persistent fat accumulation in my abdominal region due to my hormonal disorder, and told me that I need to find someone else to treat me, bc she won't. At no time did I say anything about starving myself or actually *being* anorexic and have never been diagnosed as such. When I asked for my records to be transferred to the other treating doctor I had to find, bc she wouldn't treat me, her office told me that I had to come in and pick them up in person. When I went to pick them up in person, Dr. Arnold came out to the waiting room and started to tell me off about asking for my records, and "things that are wrong with me that she can't help me with ", bc now she had decided that I'm "very sad" bc God knows why, and all this was in front of other patients.
