That is NOT how Justin and Brandy operate. You can tell they put thought and attention into each aspect of the yard, from mowing, to edging, to weeding, and the plant placement and control. The edges are always super clean, and the mow length is always proper and cut with sharp blades. And most importantly, they are good people who I can trust. They live in the surrounding neighborhood and are invested in the community. You have had bad experiences in the past and you have been looking around for a new yard service. We've been able to cut a lot of it back, but one tree in particular looked too daunting and dangerous for us to try as amateurs, so that's how we found American Tree Experts. The husband and wife team Bill and Stephanie came to our house to take a look at the job and give us an estimate. I texted with the wife for some time on how much they could do, and they sent us a very competitive quote and we signed it, sent it back to them, and they arrived the very next day to do the work. That morning the team arrived, and they were friendly, professional and got to work immediately. I was really impressed with their safety management protocol, using such powerful tools. The cut down work was done in a flash, and then they transitioned to chipping. Once the chipping was done, they raked, swept, and blew away all the debris from the chipping and honestly the area was cleaner than before they started. Such a wonderful surprise! I love the personal accessibility of this team, via phone, text and email. It was a breeze to get a quote, as well as get the work finished, and the price was excellent for how much work this team got done in a very short period of time. The results speak for themselves, and my yard is much safer with this tree removed. I'm glad we found American Tree Experts, and am glad to have started a relationship with a local company for long term work that we know we will need for a pretty overgrown piece of land. Can't wait to do work with them again!
