Upon arrival, I was greeted by Melissa who was coloring another client's hair and shortly after, I met Jeph, the owner. Jeph asked me a bit about myself and what I needed done. He totally understood that I wasn't in a (financial) place for a full retouch of my highlights and in fact said that I probably could go a little longer without a full touchup and haircut which I really appreciated! What I loved about the salon was that we had easy-going conversation for a bit and then Jeph let me chill out a bit to surf on my phone -- love the ease of appointments like this. Melissa gave me the shampoo of my dreams with an amazing mini scalp massage. She then went on to blow dry me and gave me beach curls and Jeph dusted off my bangs for a refreshed look.
