I have been impressed with the transparency (they emphasis many times they cannot know what is wrong and if more they will give credit towards a refurb or a new one and both come with a lifetime warranty for repair if it goes wrong. Wife picks it up and when I log into it screen looks like it is wrinkled. Enough is enough he prices a replacement (refurb $1200+ dollars including my credit) I can buy a new one for $800 at Sams. I should have asked what the selling price was (remember they were transparent) but the reality is i can buy 2 new ones for the price of a refurb (1200 + what I spent $485=$1685. I asked why he didn't tell me the price (I should have asked) He then lectures me that mom and pops have to mark items up from retail (for new they buy at retail prices??? And I should know that's what all mom and pop stores do) and they have to charge for the warranty. On refurb they must be making 300%+. Feels like bait and switch. Buyer beware.

UBREAKIFIX: A Nightmare Customer Service Experience…read more I've had a terrible experience with UBREAKIFIX. After my Samsung Fold 5's original screen protector bubbled, I took it to UBREAKIFIX. The first replacement lasted a week, the second a month. I returned to a different location for a fix, only to be told they couldn't help and I had to return to the original store. After months of waiting, I finally returned to the original store. The technician was unprofessional, took hours to fix the issue, and damaged my phone further. The final product had visible particulate matter and fingernail marks on the screen protector. My phone case was also missing. To add insult to injury, UBREAKIFIX corporate has been unresponsive to my complaints and has failed to offer any compensation. This entire ordeal has been a frustrating and disappointing experience. I strongly advise against using UBREAKIFIX for any computer, phone, video game console,or any repair needs. Read other people's nightmare experiences if you don't believe it. I will post this review anywhere I possibly can in hopes of preventing anyone else from having to go thru this.
