You wouldn't think so from the road. Kerri was reallly great and got a quote for me in a few minutes! I had my drawing with me. They have everything from high end quartz and granite to affordable. The installation was within a week! And the install went really well. The guys were great. I have two seems but you cannot tell where they are.

I first hired Stephen to put in a shower in a bathroom in a rental house I had bought. He quoted a…read moregood price, and did a reasonably good job. However, he asked me to pay for materials at Home Depot with my credit card. I asked Home Depot for a receipt, and found that he'd also charged a $20 snow shovel, along with some snacks. He also didn't get the correct length of nipple for the faucet, and left me to go find it, install it, etc. And the job came in $200 over the estimate. That wouldn't have been a big deal except for the other items. Since the overall price wasn't bad, I hired him again on another house to install a door between the porch and living room, as well as fixing a toilet issue. He didn't cut the door short enough, and, without asking me, chipped away at the floor to give sufficient room for the door to open. When I was looking at his work, he told me that a thin transition could be placed over the ugly results to make it look better. I took his word for that, but later found that even the thinnest transition wouldn't fit under the door. I contacted him about trimming the door further, and he didn't respond. I asked twice. He hasn't responded, and this was now some weeks back. Again, the price was over the estimate, and this time with a truly unsatisfactory result.

Terry H. was my service tech and did just a fantastic job fixing my sprinkling system; fast,…read moreproactive, and for going above and beyond, there was nothing wrong with my system board at all; just a simple miss on my part, when went to reactivate the system for the season. Terry even recalibrated the zone order, so it made logical sense, replaced a busted sprinkler head and altered the direction of another, so the coverage was spot on. He even recommended I call the city to have a separate meter installed for irrigation only to save money on water and sewer costs. He didn't have to do any of this for me, and thus I'm recommending he get his pay doubled , and is promoted up the ranks because this professional indeed deserves it! I HIGHLY recommend you look no further for any of your underground sprinkling needs than Scheper's! P.S. I'm taking my review to Google and Yelp as well!

As a young and single lady it can be daunting to set this up for myself, but the team made it so easy and stress-free! I'd previously had some siding done by another company and I was truly blown away by the quality and care of this team in comparison. Everything was done with true care and pride and they paid attention to every small detail. I also found them to be very affordable, professional, communicative, AND prompt (they scheduled me asap). They did an amazing clean up job as well - my home looks arguably cleaner than it was when they arrived. I will definitely recommend them to others and will definitely be a returning customer! I really can't recommend them enough.

The service was outstanding. We had a porcupine nesting under our home and up in the stairwell cavity. We also had minks using our crawlspace to store dead fish. The stench from porcupine feces and urine and dead fish combined was unbelievable. SERVPRO's representative suited up, donned a mask, and crawled around underneath our house to see exactly the type and extent of clean-up and disinfecting we needed to solve the problem. What a contrast to others who wanted to stay outside, hold their noses and give us proposals based on square footage. Thank you, SERVPRO of Southwest Grand Rapids!
