However now I can't find it, and the day before when I bought a few things here, it turns out my Yelp check in was into a different jewelry store nearby with a similar name (Jewelry Trends). So I just added this store and now there won't be any confusion. I took away one star because the owners/the staff are nor talkative at all and do not exude in the least any receptive or welcoming energy towards their customers. It's as if customers don't exist and these people just go on about their business, setting up/tidying up the shop and/or talking with each other in their language. It's actually pretty turn off-ish, if not rude, and in any other instance I would probably walk away and not shop there. But as I already mentioned, this isn't my first time shopping here, and I have gotten pretty great inexpensive jewelry items here, for both myself and others as gifts. And these jewelries (earrings, necklaces, etc) I have bought all on the main level/floor. Yes, they have an entire extra (ground) level/floor, with another huge selection of whatever is under the jewelry sun. So you can get the idea of just how many varieties of earrings, bracelets, necklaces, rings, and various related accessories they have in stock. A few years ago I made a purchase and was not even thanked, but instead was told, "I'm glad you came in today," by the salesperson. Today I stopped in with friends and the salesperson could not have been more disinterested in helping. Despite even wearing John Hardy on my visit I felt I was an inconvenience. She placed bracelets on my wrist and was unable to tell me the size. When I tried one on that I really liked but was too large, no offers made to check online inventory or special order a smaller size. I was told one of the items would be increasing in price by $300 tomorrow with the explanation of "everything is going up." I continue to love the jewelry but will stick to online or other options for acquiring pieces; this location isn't interested in a positive customer experience.
