Garbage. Trouble with many pieces I bought. Everything purchased fell apart and I was charged for repairs to. Definitely inferior jewelry. EVERYONE I referred (at least 8) had same problems. Custom pieces fell apart. Diamonds left dangling. Then lost that he wouldn't make good. Said HE DID NOT WANT TO SUFFER THE LOSS. SERIOUSLY, STAY AWAY. read more

I have been a patron of this business for many years and I can't say enough good things about it. Andy and the staff are great at helping you to find exactly what you're looking for whether it's a piece for yourself or a special gift. The pieces are very unique and really beautiful and the prices are reasonable. In addition, Andy has made several custom pieces for me through the years and they all came out perfectly. The customer service here is absolutely top shelf! I highly recommend this business. read more

Andy and the team at Ritz are wonderful. They custom made my engagement and wedding rings, and had exactly what we wanted for my husband too. They truly do beautiful work (especially pave) and are just lovely to deal with. Everytime I go in there I see something new I like, and they have always been fair as far as pricing in my opinion. I have brought friends here who were also very happy with their purchases. Highly recommend this jeweler. read more

Wow first off the jewelry is stunning and they have such unique pieces. But what really brings this place to be 5 stars is the impeccable service and hospitality!!! So accommodating to your needs in your price range and just in general a lovely experience!! read more

My favorite spot for the jewelry! The owner has made several custom-made pieces for me that includes my engagement ring, pendants, earrings etc. I'm always mind blown. It's always better than what I've imagined. And prices and stone quality are so much better than those of Macy's and others. Whether it's fine jewelry, costume jewelry, watches or repairs, this is the only place I trust! read more

Truly love Ritz Jewelry, the owner Andy and staff are always beyond helpful, efficient and most importantly, trust worthy. Anytime I need a repair or have an idea to repurpose older/outdated jewelry I bring it to Ritz and always leave beyond happy, not to mention their prices cant be beat. Highly highly recommend. read more

JEWELER IMPROPERLY INSTALLED REPLACEMENT BATTERY, RUINING WATCH. He failed to properly install moisture gasket in its groove, and the watch stopped running two days after installation because I had just gone swimming. Watch is an Timex ironman triathlon, water resistant up to 200 m. When I took it to another jeweler to see if the wrong battery had been put in, he showed me how the gasket was sticking out after opening the back of the watch. So I had to buy a new watch. read more

Another fine experience at Ritz Jewelers in Oceanside. The owner, Anmol Gandhi, is a pleasure to deal with. He's knowledgeable, honest, and "knows his stuff" when it comes to giving you a fair price when buying your no longer wanted pieces of gold or silver. A competitor of his in the same town was such a wise-guy, thinking I wouldn't know the true value of what I was about to sell, gave me an estimate of the jewelry's worth -- exactly HALF - can you believe it?!!! I will never go to Atlantic Ave. for even so much as a battery! As we say in Italian -- "gonef" (translated to 'thief'). Don't like sales people or store owners who think they can fool you, especially when it comes to MONEY. I have directed so many friends to Ritz Jewelers on Long Beach Road in the Marshalls/Kohls/Wells Fargo shopping center. The proof of the pudding is that the store always has customers coming and going with a smile, happy when they arrive and leave. That's what you call a successful business that's well deserved. read more

Was looking for a birthday present for my wife when I ask Siri to find Jewelry store near me. To my surprise Ritz Jewelry came up and had a 4 and a third star review from Yelp. I give it a shot, "I'm looking for diamond earrings for my Wife's Birthday" I said and was brought to a show case with spectacular diamond earrings. The first pair I see are absolutely beautiful, every thing you want in a diamond, absolutely gorgeous! And out of my price range, and than the magic happens, they, working together with me found the perfect pair of diamond earrings for my Wife. I know this, because when I get home and give my Wife her present, she absolutely loves them!!!! Keep Smiling!!!!!! read more

Very nice place. I brought in a sterling silver ring to be sized, and was treated as though I brought in an expensive piece of jewelry, much attention was given. Fix was perfect, and I will definitely recommend this place to anyone and everyone. Thank you! read more

Diamonds By Lauren is a deceitful company. I returned a ring that was chintzy with a small diamond claiming it was a .73 carat. Not on your life. Now, they have had the returned ring for over two days and have not refunded my money. Do not buy from them!!!! read more

Friendly, timely, and, professional. Beautiful jewelry Excellent customer service and extremely friendly. I visited this jeweler in a complete upset when I ordered and engagement ring online and was greatly disappointed when it arrived. The jewelers at Ritz were extremely helpful and worked with me to replace the center stone with one that I loved and were so friendly and personable. The ring was completed in less than a week and I couldn't be any happier!!. read more

I have had two original pieces made here (earrings, necklace) as well as several pieces repaired. The owner listens to what you want and does careful work, and the prices are very reasonable. I am quite upset about the reviewer who called the owner racist. He has always been pleasant to all customers of any demographic when I am in the store, and I have been told that he is an accommodating, generous boss. I think there was probably a misunderstanding with the previous customer. read more

The owner is a very honest, and personable man. He is patient, and exceedingly helpful. I brought in my amethyst ring, with a very cracked gem stone. Other jewelers had offered to replace it, but for a high price. He gave me an excellent price for the new gem, and i am very happy with it, because it is lovely. He just fixed my husband's watch, for a very reasonable price. I will, of course, continue to patronize " Ritz Jewelry" in Oceanside, because of its fine work, and ethics. read more

5 stars for all of your jewelry shopping and repairs. Ritz is the best!!! Don't waste your time or money anywhere else, friendly and knowledgable staff, convenient location, beautiful selection of all types of jewelry, You won't be disappointed!!! read more

This is the only jewelry store that my husband and I use and we've been using it for over 12 years. The owner is such a nice guy and he's so honest! My engagement ring literally appraised at double of what he charged my husband for it. Not to mention, whenever I have something that is loose (my earring which is several years old was loose and wouldn't close) he is able to fix it on the spot usually and doesn't charge me. He treats his customers so great and that's why he has so many people that come back. The jewelry there is SO beautiful and so unique too! read more

This is an update of my earlier review. I contacted the owner of the store to resolve the issue; he is extremely nice and wonderful to deal with. He gave me the money back for the cost of the work done at his store, as well as, half of the cost for me to have it restored by another jeweler. He is understanding and fair to deal with. read more

Wonderful experience @ Ritz Jewelry! I emailed for a quote on a ring sizing. The owner Anmol responded quickly w/a fair price. I brought the ring in on a Saturday afternoon around 2:30 & had it back by 4pm as promised. They also have some beautiful jewelry my husband & I look forward to going back in the future. read more

I REALLY DIDN'T EVEN WANT TO GIVE ONE STAR!!! I brought my Movado watch in to be repaired. I needed a new crown. I was given my "repaired" watch back with a different color crown. My watch had a black crown which I had shown them when I brought the watch in. They told me that the black crown is no longer available. I believed them. The next day the crown that they replaced came off and I went back to the store and wanted a refund. I was told they don't issue refunds for repairs. Then he said that he would repair and find a black crown at which time I said that yesterday I was informed that they don't make them anymore. They lied to me and would not give me my money back. Completely unprofessional and does not care about their customers. read more

The pin in my watch broke.Last time this happened I got it fixed in Manhattans diamond district and it was a big deal.Someone suggested Ritz.I was warmly greeted.I explained the situation. It was fixed in minutes and only $6.50.These people know how to run a business and that is the type of businesses I patronize. When it comes time for a new watch I will go back there. read more

I absolutely love this place! The owner is so sweet and had the BEST idea when it came to putting a new and different head on my engagement ring because the original head was too big for my stone. My ring looks absolutely beautiful and I am so happy with his recommendation! The women that work there are very nice too .... I worked for a jeweler for over 20 years and I know what is important and what to look for in a jewelry store.......this place has it all! Thank you Andy and Linda ..... I am super happy!!! read more

Anyone that would even walk through the doors of this place please read this and think Again....... This is nowhere near a 4 star place this place is negative stars... Went to get a 5.4ct diamond bracelet repaired and have some solder work done to it to the claspe...The OWNER gave me a price told me it would be done on Friday today at 5-20-16 I dropped it off on 5-18-16... He said it would have to be lasered Bla Bla Bla for the pins on the bracelet so I told him yes..He said I needed 3 pins done... So being pro active I called on my lunch break today and spoke to a lady that works there and she said Oh your bracelet will be done after 3pm... Great.. Actually not great he calls me back at 1:30 pm and says hey John we have a big problem we have to repair 7 pins and your price that I gave you of $140 is going to be $300.. I'm like that's funny I looked at the same bracelet as you did two days ago and you showed me the 3 pins that needed to be replaced... Now it's 7... And $160 more... Wait it gets better.. He then tells me that a diamond is missing that's even funnier because the day I brought it in i took a picture of the bracelet with every DIAMOND in IT... WHEN I PUCJED IT UP HE SAID HE FOUND THE DIAMOND.... Wait it gets better then he tells me he doesn't want to work on it to come pick it up... Knowing that I needed this before the 21st of may... This place does not deserve to be in business he is not a business man he is a greedy person his place is a scam he is a pig... I warn anyone before going here he will do this to anyone he is hungry for your money trust me... He is not a good person... I promised him that I will let all my family and friends know not to ever go there... To top it off on last Fri I reffered a family friend to him to put a diamond bezel on a rolex he gives him a price goes to swap out the bezel and can't... Sends my friend away... Wait wait... He scratched my friends watch in the whole mix of not being able to swap out the bezel... Place is not a place I'd even bring an odd shaped rock to have rounded... STAY AWAY FROM RITZ JEWELERY.... SCAMMER... SCUM.... TERRIBLE PLACE.... read more
