Signing my babe Phobos up for pack walks with Hadley has been *HANDS DOWN* the best decision I…read morecould have ever made for my nervous guy. Phobos is extremely people shy, and scares easily in loud/noisy environments so as you can imagine, it's been a huge challenge taking him anywhere. Walks were extremely stressful, always cut short and we were beginning to feel pretty hopeless since we had tried EVERYTHING we could conjure up to improve his confidence-to no avail. It's only been several months since Phobos has been joining Hadley & the pack on walks, but I'm honestly in disbelief with how much progress he's made already. Just yesterday, we brought him along with us to Moseley's Cafe to grab a quick bite (being cautiously optimistic), and he did SO well even though it was a tight, crowded area. He remained calm, collected and even laid down to enjoy a patch of sun. I was absolutely shocked. Only a couple months ago, he'd be barking at people, pulling every-which-way to get away, and we would have most likely caused a scene. I can't even begin to tell y'all how much my fiancé and I appreciate Hadley's patience and expertise in navigating these tricky waters. We will forever be grateful for Hadley's help and bringing much needed relief to our little fam. I genuinely feel so lucky that I even have the privilege to write this review. Thank you so, so, SO much for all you do. You changed our lives, for real. - Amanda, Alex & Phobos

He handles their special needs -- they both have to be muzzled and they tend to pull a lot, especially at other dogs. But he still manages to find creative ways to give them play time and exercise. David has also been available many times when a last minute emergency postpones me from coming home. I just give him a call and I know he'll be over by the house before long. He actually enjoys spending time with my dogs and getting to know their personalities, and this is by far the most important thing about any dog walker. For context- Lucy has always been an inside cat with little exposure to lots of people since I adopted her. A year and a 1/2 ago, I moved back in with my Mom and it took her a whole year for Mom to gain her trust. So that said- she is NOT fan of car rides to the vet for things like exams and nail trims. Last year, I decided to opt for a mobile vet service and it worked out well. Fast forward a few weeks ago, walking around the lake and I stumble upon this sign advertising affordable nail trims and pet walks for the fur babies. Immediately, I went to Yelp to check them out and verify if they were legit and the reviews put me at ease. I decided to contact Teairra a couple of days ago about doing my baby's nail trim and she talked me through the expectations of the process and I was on board ( I would need to hold my baby while she did the nail trim- my baby does not like me to hold her- SIGH) Needless to say, I had major anxiety. She showed up yesterday, on time- and had such a calming presence about her while I explained Lucy's background with strangers. Immediately, she came in talking very softly slowly gaining Lucy's trust with treats and sniffs. She showed me how to wrap Lucy in a burrito like style while she trimmed her nails and I kissed Lucy's nose. She exuded great kindness and patience. After, she sat by Lucy feeding her treats to continuously gain her trust even after the visit. Excited to know she also does house visits and I will be using her next time I go on an extended vacation. Lucy doesn't warm up to many people but Teairra has a gift and a calling. WE THANK YOU!

My dog has high energy, is extremely social, and thrives on routine, so when I'm busy or traveling for work, it's comforting to know she's in a safe place with people and dogs she loves and trusts. And she just gets to be a dog and romp around outside, her favorite! I am protective of my dog and don't trust many people with her care, but I trust Dog Social Club wholeheartedly and know she's in the best hands here. My dog's body language is relaxed and happy when we arrive and when I pick her up, no matter if she was just there for the day or if she stayed for 5 nights. Her body language really shows when she is uncomfortable, so it is evident that she is happy and feels safe here. I love getting postcards and seeing my dog enjoy the pools, play with pals, and climb on all the jungle gyms. I also regularly add on nail trims for $20 which is so helpful. All the handlers know her by name, and I can tell they really care about her wellbeing. The yards are huge and the sleeping rooms are clean and nice. It's a comfort to know my dog can receive care 24/7 365, and they have been flexible and accommodating when I've needed last minute care. I have tried other daycares, and Dog Social Club is the best. I was actually referred to Dog Social Club by another daycare when I was frantically calling around, and I'm so grateful I was. Suzy took the time to answer all of my questions and shared genuinely helpful information, which immediately put me at ease. I felt confident and reassured that my puppy was in the right hands. Dog Social Club is extremely well-structured, with clear procedures and a level of care that really stands out. Every single person I've encountered, from Katie, the CEO, to the handlers, to Jenn who keeps everything running smoothly, to the front desk team who greet both pups and parents, has been friendly, attentive, and welcoming. I wish I knew everyone's name because they all deserve recognition. My pup absolutely loves going! Also the care he received after being neutered... gosh I can go on and on about how wonderful our time has been with DSC. Most importantly, I truly feel that they care for and love my little Barnaby as if he were their own. As a first-time dog mom, that peace of mind is everything, and I honestly couldn't ask for more.

After successfully working with…read moreJet Dog to take our pup on weekly walks, we were excited about the prospect of them boarding her while we were away. Unfortunately very disappointed with the experience. While being boarded, our dog Zazie was bitten by another dog. We were never informed that she would be boarded with dogs she had never met, nor were we notified when the incident occurred. In fact, we only learned about the bite two full days later, and only after a wound became visibly noticeable. When we spoke with the boarder, we were told the bite did not warrant a vet visit because the wound was "nice and red and not smelly." We had to push for veterinary care ourselves. Once seen by a vet, it was clear this assessment was wrong, as the wound required cleaning and stitches. Unfortunately, the problems didn't stop there. The cone that was placed after the initial vet visit either came off or was not properly monitored, resulting in the stitches coming out. Zazie had to be taken back to the vet for a second procedure involving staples. That visit cost $280, and despite the injury and follow-up complications occurring entirely under Jet Dog's supervision, they refused to cover even a portion of the cost. Incidents can happen in group settings, but what matters is transparency, urgency, and accountability. Jet Dog failed on all three fronts:     *    No disclosure about unfamiliar dogs being boarded together     *    A two-day delay in notifying us about a serious bite incident     *    Downplaying the wound that required medical attention     *    Refusal to take responsibility for resulting veterinary expenses When you leave your pet with a boarding service, you are trusting them with your dog's safety and well-being. In our experience, that trust was not respected and we are sharing this so other pet owners can make an informed decision.
