We had a troubling experience boarding our dog Zazie, with Jet Dog. After successfully working with Jet Dog to take our pup on weekly walks, we were excited about the prospect of them boarding her while we were away. Unfortunately very disappointed with the experience. While being boarded, our dog Zazie was bitten by another dog. We were never informed that she would be boarded with dogs she had never met, nor were we notified when the incident occurred. In fact, we only learned about the bite two full days later, and only after a wound became visibly noticeable. When we spoke with the boarder, we were told the bite did not warrant a vet visit because the wound was "nice and red and not smelly." We had to push for veterinary care ourselves. Once seen by a vet, it was clear this assessment was wrong, as the wound required cleaning and stitches. Unfortunately, the problems didn't stop there. The cone that was placed after the initial vet visit either came off or was not properly monitored, resulting in the stitches coming out. Zazie had to be taken back to the vet for a second procedure involving staples. That visit cost $280, and despite the injury and follow-up complications occurring entirely under Jet Dog's supervision, they refused to cover even a portion of the cost. Incidents can happen in group settings, but what matters is transparency, urgency, and accountability. Jet Dog failed on all three fronts:     *    No disclosure about unfamiliar dogs being boarded together     *    A two-day delay in notifying us about a serious bite incident     *    Downplaying the wound that required medical attention     *    Refusal to take responsibility for resulting veterinary expenses When you leave your pet with a boarding service, you are trusting them with your dog's safety and well-being. In our experience, that trust was not respected and we are sharing this so other pet owners can make an informed decision. read more

Audree, Hargo, and the JetDog crew were amazing and extremely accommodating. We've been using another service for our pup, Bernie, for a long time, but that other service became unavailable for some months. Audree and Hargo agreed to take Bernie on a temporary basis, even though their packs are often full. Bernie went out with Hargo almost every day, and he could not have been happier. They liked each other immediately, and Bernie fit in with the rest of the pack. Hargo sent pictures of Bernie out with the other dogs, and was very responsive when I had questions or needed to change my schedule. 10/10 would recommend to anybody who wants their dogs to be happier, healthier, and to have more enriching days. read more

While Jet Dog's walkers are priceless jewels that taught my pup to swim and reinforced his training over the span of five years,... Jet Dog's owner, Audree is very challenging to work with, and she no longer has any interaction with the dogs ( and never had any interaction with clients except to send self- serving contracts, raise rates, change the business model to a " subscription", or make you feel guilty for paying a bill late). I have recommended this service to dozens of Dog owners over the years because the walkers are great. But faced with a client that paid late, she'd rather punish your Dog by taking away wallkng services than be compassionate to a person with a disability that relies on her services, and simply add a late fee. I believe that in this economy, and faced with a client that has special needs, business can't afford to be nasty to their clients. There is always another option with better business savvy and (DOG forbid) some appreciation for the clients that have made the business succesful. Our little Luca, an Italian Greyhound, has been walking with Jet Dog for the last four or five months, 3x per week. Luca loves it so much, and it isn't easy to describe just how excited he gets when Hargo arrives to pick him up! All of the walkers treat the dogs like their own family. I completely trust them to safely take our dog out for a fun, exploratory walk or hike and he always comes back thoroughly exercised. I feel like Jet Dog is the perfect partner to help with dog ownership. Not only do they give us a couple of extra hours each day, but socialization with other dogs and training reinforcement are invaluable. Luca has stayed over for a boarding night when we wanted to have a night out. Jet Dog will always be our boarder and walker of choice. We can't imagine what we would have done without Audree and her team! When we contacted Audree and Jet Dog, we were pretty desperate fur kid parents. Our dogs, a Cocker and a mini Aussie Shepard, were sweet but they were mischievous and misbehaving little buggers. They did well with sitting, down and shaking but that was it. They barked uncontrollably when people came to the door or when they saw other dogs and people when on walks. The Aussie also liked to bite the man of the house. Audree has changed our dogs' lives and ours. For the past few months she has worked with them to become angels. Now they sit, stay, bark a lot less when people come to the door, and they go on off-leash adventures in the dog park with other dogs. They are friendly to other dogs and people and there is no more biting. The improvement in their behavior is remarkable. We love that Audree is trustworthy (she has a key to our house), conscientious, has a great sense of humor and is an incredible human being and dog trainer. Our dogs love love love her! The videos, Facebook posts/pictures and email updates are an extra special bonus. Audree knows dogs, knows how to influence positive behavior and she was able to come up with a plan for our dogs after her first outing with them. I met Audree through mutual friends and am I glad I did. I am currently in the process of becoming a dog professional and I was granted the opportunity to learn from and observe Audree in her element.
