In this home, from beginning to end, CPS did a great job on my roof. They replaced the roof in quick time with beautiful results. Roofing is a messy job and I still had the nails, the messy attic, and the broken flowers (from the tarps catching the old shingles). But overall, CPS was professional, kept the area tidy, and the end results look wonderful. No hidden upcharges or "found surprise problems" to deal with. A good honest company that did an outstanding job.

After failing multiple times to get return calls from Hipp's Roofing, I did an online search to…read morefind a new roofer. I found Tim's Roof Contractors in Kings Mountain that had 108 Google Reviews with an average rating of 4.9. Pretty dang good. I clicked on their website and found it to be professional and well organized. This led to two recent experiences. 1) We had a leak in the ceiling of our second-floor bathroom. Turns out the plumber said we have a leak in the roof around the plumbing ventilation pipe. It was going to start snowing in a couple of days and we were worried the leak would get worse. A worker from Tim's came out the very next day and did an excellent repair job at a reasonable price. 2) I was so happy with the timeliness and quality of their work on my house that I used them for a repair job on my mother's roof. The estimate was free and given by an onsite crew led by George. He clearly explained what needed to be fixed to stop any leaks and the process of how they would do it. I felt the price to be fair. By early the next week, he and his crew completed the repairs and even took before and after pictures so I could show my mother exactly what they were doing/repairing. I highly recommend Tim and his crews for any of your roofing needs!

https://handymanincary.com/…read more I am extremely happy with the work Mike and his son performed for us. We initially had them provide a quote to repair our deck which was very worn and needed a major facelift with all new boards, stairs and rails. They even raised the pilings to fix poor drainage. Their quote was the most competitive, but I must say that they far exceeded my expectations. I immediately asked them to do additional work replacing quite a bit of rotten trim. We have had it repaired on several occasions and this is the first time that I feel it will last. I cannot recommend them higher and I am already finding more things around my house I would like them to address in the future. I honestly think they underestimate the quality of their work as I have had mediocre repairs in the past on more than one occasion by others. I even tried to give them more money, but they stuck to their estimate with only a few minimal add-ons that were welcome and definitely required. My only regret is that I did not find them sooner!

I was a little skeptical at first with so many scams out there, but I decided to take a chance. Austin Mech called to set up a site visit, showed up right on time, and confirmed that I did have damage. He walked me through the process and helped me file a claim with my insurance company. Shortly after, an inspector from my insurance company came out and confirmed the damage as well, and from there everything moved quickly. Before I knew it, Austin's crew showed up at 8:00 AM sharp and got to work. By the end of the first day, they had stripped the roof and repaired a couple of problem areas I had from Helene. The next morning, they were back on time again, and by the end of the day my new shingles were installed and I had a brand new roof. I can't say enough about the professionalism and friendliness Austin, his dad, and the entire team showed throughout the process. It's hard to find a company that does exactly what they say they will--showing up on time, working hard, and cleaning up so well it's like they were never there. Thank you, Mech Roofing, for reaching out and for the hard work you put in. Not only did you give me a new roof, but you also made a new friend.
