Great trainers! but not worth the money. Be ready to pay $150 a month and 1 year contract and if you need to cancel its $200 cancellation fee. The other plan they have which is only 2 plans is month by month agreement for $247 a month! Another disappointing thing is your only allowed to work out 3 times a week for 45 minutes and you can not make them up. Don't be fooled by the "Try us for Free" for 1 week its not free its about $25 and they won't tell you their plans/prices until you complete the first week of training in their facility. This is the best gym I have had the pleasure of being apart of. I joined through the recommendation of a friend who was doing their 6 week challenge. It took me a bit to take it seriously and reach out, but what made me go in was not only the change in my friends physical appearance but by her change in mood. She seemed so much happier. No matter how hard workout kicked her hurt she always loved being there and saying how nice and genuine everyone was. So I decided to get in on the 6week challenge myself and I got a friend in on it too. BEST DECISION OF MY LIFE! From the owners Manny and Trevor to the amazing staff and trainers I have never felt more motivated to just be a better version of me. They truly care about you and what your end goal is, how you are doing through out. There is great accountability from staff and other members and you really get a sense of family with everyone looking out for you. Meal plans keep it easy and your workouts give a great full body workout. I was in a rut for a long time, I had a gym membership for another gym I hadn't stepped foot in for almost a year even though I was still paying the monthly payments. But I learned to have an all new appreciation for being healthy as supposed to just trying to shed weight quick. I love to sleep in when I can but somehow I got hooked on the early morning classes so I feel pumped to start my day. If you have concerns about keeping up, don't worry, you go at a pace comfortable for you but that still pushes you and modified movements if you have/had an injury. THESE PEOPLE REALLY CARE. I know a lot of people are skeptical about challenges, if people actually hit their goals or not. I just started coming to Unleashed about a week or two ago and I absolutely LOVE it. Alex, Manny, and Trevor are all so personable and they will do close to anything to get you in and get you started working towards your goals. They continue to push you through your workouts and make sure that you have the correct form throughout it all while telling you how awesome your doing. The other members of the gym are just as nice and welcoming. I've had a few members say things like 'You did great today!'. It's definitely very motivating!! The workouts are intense but just the right amount of time to get you in and out while still feeling like you kicked butt. I have never been a fan of "fitness classes", I've always been a free weights kinda guy. My wife, who looks amazing, has been coming here for years and finally talked me into trying it for two weeks in support of the hurricane victims. This is a great workout! I actually enjoyed the workout and the instructors are detailed in explaining each movement and the proper technique. I've been training with coach Trevor and Manny since Spring of 2008. Their coaching style is welcoming, encouraging, unique, and there's no intimidation. There's a friendly and family vibe in the gym. Trevor and Manny will help you shed the unwanted weight or help you prepare for a particular sport or competition. The training sessions are different everyday and you'll leave feeling you had really accomplished something. The trainer/trainee ratio is small so they can properly assess your form, technique, and progress. You won't get injured or feel pressured to complete an exercise that may be hazardous. This is the best gym I have been in. As a female, you are always concerned about the "meat market" part of any gym. This does not apply here, I feel very comfortable with the trainers as well as the clientele. When you go in there be prepared to work, no cell phones, no mirrors, the focus is on the work out not on the who looks better then who. The trainers are focused completely on making sure we are doing things correctly and are so helpful and kind. What a great first day experience! I have been a member of various gyms for decades, so I have many I can compare to Unleashed. The atmosphere is perfect for getting into shape. I was definitely challenged, but never felt judged when my abilities were obviously far below the current members. While some trainers may be a bit condescending toward a person that has been inconsistently exercisig this past year and at my age, 54, Manny and Trevor were quite the opposite. I never thought I would be writing a review for a gym... If you know me you know I hate working out. I was one those people that said i will never pay this much for a gym, i cannot do work out like this, im torturing myself and on and on making excuses.... you will never know until you take the step, After seeing the change of some of my zumba friends i asked what they were doing different and they said you have to give it a try, i came in for a free week never did I feel pressured and meet Trevor and Manny the nicest guys they made me feel so comfortable. I started coming here a couple weeks after my wife joined. She never liked working out in gyms before. This place changed her mind. Unleashed Strength is what we needed for our lifestyle change. There is so much support from Manny and Trevor. They help you with your meal planning. Alex and Rafael are the best trainers. Unleashed strength gym is amazing. A friend of mine who had great results from training here recommended this gym and I'm glad I joined. I've been working out here for about 2 months now and I'm already seeing great results!! I come 3 times a week and they have flexible times to fit my schedule. The workouts are intense. but what I like the most about this place is that the classes are not that big and you are not part of this 20 or so class and you have a robot clock watcher for a Trainer that does not give a $!#& about you and just want that hour or so to pass so he can be done for the day(I don't wanna name drop but I've been to a couple of those with no results at all), This place is the opposite of that, Manny and Trevor are always pushing you to do more and keep you motivated whether during the workout or by text email or a FB post when you are not there, they are more than happy to answer any question you have anytime just text. LOVE this gym!! I started coming here a few months ago and it was a life changer! There is nothing but support and love coming from the trainers Trevor, Manny, Alex & Rafael!
