I've been lifting for over 10 years now and learned mostly through trial and error or from friends. I was always able to put on muscle at LaFitness, but it wasn't until I started working out with Trevor Munoz at Unleashed when I started to see the best results of my life. I thought I knew everything about lifting until I started with this guy. He knew how to push me and it worked! I put on over 20 pounds of muscle in under two months and got stronger than I've ever been in my entire life, and it wasn't even close. What makes Trevor and Manny different from any other gym is they will sit down with you on a weekly basis and make sure your diet is on point so you will maximize your results. They even took me to Trader Joe's to show me exactly what to buy! The customer service with these guys goes above and beyond any other gym. They truly care and it shows. What I've learned from Manny and Trevor will stick with me for life. Giving Unleashed Strength Gym a shot will be the best decision of your life. Guaranteed!! read more

I started coming here around the summer of 2013 as a sophomore looking to be trained a bit before starting football for the first time. Throughout that time I saw massive results over the summer and I have to say I am beyond happy and grateful for the work both Manny and Trevor dedicated in helping me be the best that I can be. I went from weighing about 300 lbs down to 240 after working out here for the summer plus sometime after. After that immense change I stopped coming due to me dedicating time to school and sports. However, now coming back from college weighing 310 lbs again, I'm more than confident they can all help me out again. Not only in losing the weight I reaccumulated but also in being a better athlete in powerlifting and strongman! read more

USG is amazing!!! I've been with them for 4 months and have already seen so much change with my body and the choices I make with what I eat! Everyone there is so great and positive. They all genuinely want to help you reach your goals whether it's to become stronger, lose weight or just be a healthier you! If you're a beginner with weights like I am, they show you how to do the exercises properly and you don't feel intimidated. They will give you other exercises to do if you have injuries and can't do the exercises for the day. Oh and I can't forget they're a lot of fun! read more

Great trainers! but not worth the money. Be ready to pay $150 a month and 1 year contract and if you need to cancel its $200 cancellation fee. The other plan they have which is only 2 plans is month by month agreement for $247 a month! Another disappointing thing is your only allowed to work out 3 times a week for 45 minutes and you can not make them up. Don't be fooled by the "Try us for Free" for 1 week its not free its about $25 and they won't tell you their plans/prices until you complete the first week of training in their facility. All their exercises you can do at home they don't have machines. read more

Very positive trainers, real results! Staff there make you feel very comfortable, especially if working put is new to you.

I love this gym!!! I've been coming here for almost two years and the workouts never get old. The trainers/ owners are very educated in their craft and nutrition. The trainers/ owners also know all their clients personally and their families which brings a family environment to the gym. I recommend everyone who reads this to at least try this gym. You'll get hooked with the amazing results. read more

I love this gym! The sessions are challenging. The environment is very positive and encouraging. The trainers are amazing, they really care about each person and their fitness success. They won't push you hard until they know your body can handle it; your health is their main concern. Really, it's the people that make this place so special to me, both the trainers and my fellow gym members. All of whom I know consider friends now. Give them a try and I know you won't be disappointed. P.s. They'll give you a free t-shirt once in a while. I got one when I first started at the gym and just got another today for my birthday, and I'm proud to report that the one I just got is a whole size smaller than the first one I received. read more

Corona's best kept secret so far!!! They are expanding their gym and advertising more!!! Get in on their best deals now..try them out for a week or two for free!!! Local and convenient...they are dedicated to help with your health and fitness goals and maintenance. Great place to work out in/with. Very friendly, positive, relaxed, encouraging and motivating environment and coaches and owners. They are not only dedicated to helping members but the local community as well and are actively involved in many different charities. They have different activities inside and outside the gym for members..great camaraderie and rapport...0 intimidation factor and very accomodating...hopefully they will have more morning classes to allow me to come more than 3 or 4 times a week when I get the urge to exercise (hint Trevor and Manny lol) Very thankful to Alex and Rafa for the friendly, welcoming and smiling faces everyday and night...great people and place to start and/or end your day with!!! read more

Love my gym!! I've been coming to Unleashed for almost a month and this short month has been life changing for me. Thanks to Trevor and Manny, I've changed my eating habits and can now say that I actually enjoy working out. I really look forward to our challenging workouts and I know this wouldn't have been possible without my guys at Unleashed!! read more

This is the best gym I have had the pleasure of being apart of. I joined through the recommendation of a friend who was doing their 6 week challenge. It took me a bit to take it seriously and reach out, but what made me go in was not only the change in my friends physical appearance but by her change in mood. She seemed so much happier. No matter how hard workout kicked her hurt she always loved being there and saying how nice and genuine everyone was. So I decided to get in on the 6week challenge myself and I got a friend in on it too. BEST DECISION OF MY LIFE! From the owners Manny and Trevor to the amazing staff and trainers I have never felt more motivated to just be a better version of me. They truly care about you and what your end goal is, how you are doing through out. There is great accountability from staff and other members and you really get a sense of family with everyone looking out for you. Meal plans keep it easy and your workouts give a great full body workout. I was in a rut for a long time, I had a gym membership for another gym I hadn't stepped foot in for almost a year even though I was still paying the monthly payments. But I learned to have an all new appreciation for being healthy as supposed to just trying to shed weight quick. I love to sleep in when I can but somehow I got hooked on the early morning classes so I feel pumped to start my day. If you have concerns about keeping up, don't worry, you go at a pace comfortable for you but that still pushes you and modified movements if you have/had an injury. THESE PEOPLE REALLY CARE. I know a lot of people are skeptical about challenges, if people actually hit their goals or not. Well I used to be one of those skeptical people and I just finished my challenge and I surpassed my goal. I'M HERE TO TELL YOU, YOU CAN DO IT TOO. Try your luck or take a leap of faith and I promise you won't regret it. They set you up for success because they want everyone to succeed in the most fun, positive and motivating ways. So anyone interested in this, try it and if you don't want to do it alone, bring a friend! Nothing is impossible when the very word itself says I'm possible. read more

My first day yesterday and I could feel the positive vibes. I think I can do it and I make sure Manny and Trevor make my thinking a reality...My legs are sore (cant move an inch) but i cant wait to loose weight.. Fellow members are so nice and warm..I felt so welcomed on my first day...5 stars are just so less for these guys..Keep up the good work and help me reach where I always wanted to be :) read more

Amazing amazing amazing is what I can say about this gym! These coaches and staff are truly inspirational, motivating, positive, encouraging and the sweetest ever. I really felt that they treated me as a family/friend and not just a client. My weight loss has been such a great feeling and is giving me my confidence and self appreciation back, I owe it to the Unleashed staff for helping me put me first! read more

Started at over 300 pounds and got down to 255 easily and healthily. Trevor and his boys know their stuff. This place is clean and legit. Solid workouts, good advice, safe and smart methods along with dietary program that worked great for me. I will be forever in their debt. Now they train me as more of an athlete along with some of the other hardcore athletes they have there. If you want to get strong and build your stamina and endurance, this is the place. If you want to get fit like you never have before....this is the place. These guys know what they're doing and they are super professional, friendly and non-judgemental. Do it! read more

I was in town visiting from clear across the US and thought I would give Unleashed a try. I HAD A BLAST! Everyone is so motivating. Even to an outsider. I felt wonderful after I finished. I think my favorite was the squat challenge. I will be spreading the word! Thank you so much! read more

I just started coming to Unleashed about a week or two ago and I absolutely LOVE it. Alex, Manny, and Trevor are all so personable and they will do close to anything to get you in and get you started working towards your goals. They continue to push you through your workouts and make sure that you have the correct form throughout it all while telling you how awesome your doing. The other members of the gym are just as nice and welcoming. I've had a few members say things like 'You did great today!'. It's definitely very motivating!! The workouts are intense but just the right amount of time to get you in and out while still feeling like you kicked butt. I definitely recommend coming and checking it out if you're looking to improve your physical health. read more

I have never been a fan of "fitness classes", I've always been a free weights kinda guy. My wife, who looks amazing, has been coming here for years and finally talked me into trying it for two weeks in support of the hurricane victims. This is a great workout! I actually enjoyed the workout and the instructors are detailed in explaining each movement and the proper technique. I am still not a fan of fitness classes but I am a fan of cross-fit and Unleashed Strength! read more

I have been coming to Unlashed Strength for a few months now and I can say with certainty at this point, this is the best gym experience I have ever had. I have lost 20lb so far, slimed down and have gained some noticeable muscle mass. I didn't think it was possible to get this far in such little time and while I still have some way to go to reach my goal, for once I am 100% sure I will reach it thanks to Trevor and Manny's coaching. read more

I've been training with coach Trevor and Manny since Spring of 2008. Their coaching style is welcoming, encouraging, unique, and there's no intimidation. There's a friendly and family vibe in the gym. Trevor and Manny will help you shed the unwanted weight or help you prepare for a particular sport or competition. The training sessions are different everyday and you'll leave feeling you had really accomplished something. The trainer/trainee ratio is small so they can properly assess your form, technique, and progress. You won't get injured or feel pressured to complete an exercise that may be hazardous. Safety is of paramount concern to Trevor and Manny. Trevor and Manny have helped me become stronger, leaner, faster, and more confident. I have been with Unleashed Strength for a very long time and I have never regretted my decision to train there. Check them out! read more

If you are looking for a place to work out, this is it. I feel most gyms just want you to sign up to get your money and really don't care if you ever come back NOT Unleashed. This is the best gym I have been in. As a female, you are always concerned about the "meat market" part of any gym. This does not apply here, I feel very comfortable with the trainers as well as the clientele. When you go in there be prepared to work, no cell phones, no mirrors, the focus is on the work out not on the who looks better then who. The trainers are focused completely on making sure we are doing things correctly and are so helpful and kind. They are also very encouraging and offer nutritional help for weight loss with CONSTANT positive encouragement. I love this gym. read more

What a great first day experience! I have been a member of various gyms for decades, so I have many I can compare to Unleashed. The atmosphere is perfect for getting into shape. I was definitely challenged, but never felt judged when my abilities were obviously far below the current members. While some trainers may be a bit condescending toward a person that has been inconsistently exercisig this past year and at my age, 54, Manny and Trevor were quite the opposite. They were supportive and positive throughout my visit. I have signed up for a trial week starting Jan. 4. After I complete that, I will update my review. Thanks for a great workout, Manny! I know I will be feeling it in the morning. :) read more
