They have a StairMaster, two treadmills, a bike for warming up, free weights, resistance bands, a lat pulldown, chest press, and plenty of other strength training equipment. They also have a sauna, which is a great perk, along with a body composition scanner that provides detailed insights into things like body fat, visceral fat, muscle mass, bone density, and more. It's a really cool feature if you're looking to track your progress over time. They even have a small fridge stocked with drinks in case you forget your water or want to buy an energy drink.
