J&A Abstract, and particularly it's owner Julia, are some of the best out there. Julia truly cares about her work and her clients. Being a real estate investor, I am involved in several deals per year and I trust Julia to protect my interest more than any other title agent out there. Her first priority is always to make sure that the sale/purchase is legitimate, the title is clear, and there are no unknown outstanding issues that will appear in the future. There have been deals where I agreed to use the other side's title agency, but I still had Julia check the deal and title out for me. Therefore, I highly recommend Julia and J&A Abstract to anyone involved in a real estate transaction or loan!!
