The office manager, Donna, is very polite, knowledgeable, and accommodating. The maintenance crew is very good and responds to work orders in a very timely fashion. (Someone is always on-call to respond to emergency maintenance needs.) First, both Neil and Deanna are great - always welcoming, they listen to residents, and try their best to resolve any issues / concerns to the best of their abilities in a friendly manner. This is unique about the staff at Jamestown Village Apartments. Second, we felt very safe at Jamestown. My kids were very happy and never had any issues. Third, the maintenance at Jamestown is super fast. Maintenance guys do their job in a professional way. They took care of our needs in time. Finally, it's a great place to live and feel homely without any delays in maintenance needs.
