Had a home survey done to get property lines for a fence installation. The quote was very fair, the team was so seamless I didn't even notice them here. The flags were clearly marked, stayed in place for the few weeks it took to get the fence installed, the paperwork showed up on time - a great, seamless experience, would recommend! read more

My family is new to Abington Township in Montgomery County. We're going to install a fence in our backyard this year, 2025, but had no idea precisely where our property boundaries are. I contacted 4 property surveyors and only 2 replied. On our property deed document we discovered Eastern Chadrow Associates had surveyed the property back in 2007-08, a few years before our house was built. We chose Eastern Chadrow for their highly competitive estimate and how responsive and helpful they were. The entire process from initial contact to the billing process and mailing me the certified boundary document was smooth. I highly recommend Eastern Chadrow Associates for property surveying. read more

We needed a survey done and had a complex property line Before the survey, they asked questions and did a lot of prep work. On the day of the survey, they called in advance to be sure it was convenient and showed up on time. They were very thorough and polite and even walked us through the property to make sure we knew where the markers were. We even received a follow-up call after the survey to ensure that we were happy and to see if we had any other questions. Overall, it was a great and simple experience and we would easily use them again if needed. read more

Eastern Chadrow did a professional job surveying the property. Took about 3 weeks to complete from the time of my first call.

I have to say that Eastern Chadrow had their hands full with my survey. There were no original pins or markers in the whole neighborhood. I was impressed by the due diligence the crew did before arriving. They worked hard in bad weather and then doubled checked every stake. I have been recommending this company to all my neighbors. I contacted a different survey company in June (2015) and was given a three month runaround. The owner came out and was on my property for less than an hour and left. He didn't return for weeks and on August 31st emailed me that a job he was presently on took two days instead of one, and he would be back next week but didn't know what day yet. I later found out that although his phone number was for a local address but the actual company was in another county. Since I never got a contract to sign, I told him that I no longer wanted him to do the work. I cannot say enough about Eastern Chadrow. I checked out their reviews and saw that they were only a few miles from my house. From the first time I called I was pleased with the professionalism and knowledge of the people in this company. Every question was answered clearly and the survey process, costs, and paperwork I would receive was also explained. Any phone calls were returned quickly. You didn't have to go through several office staff to speak to the person you were calling. The surveyors were professional and pleasant to speak with. When they were done I was shown every marker that was uncovered as well as all of the stakes that had been put in. Everything was done in less than a month, including my paperwork. I was also called after I received my certification to see if I had any questions. I would recommend that you call this company first. It will save you time and aggravation. read more

Eastern Chadrow Associates was easy to work with and very professional. The day of the survey the gentlemen came to the house to let me know they were on site and would walk me along the property line once completed. They were very friendly and professional. Once completed they walked me along the property line and indicated the 4 metal posts on the corners and the spikes put along the property line. Since we butt up to a creek, one corner of our property is in the middle on a little rock island. Also, there was a follow-up call to make sure I received the survey Certification. I will recommend them to my friends. read more
