September 23, 2020. Review for ERA Boniakowski, Real Estate,…read moreAgent Jeanne Pisciotta. I was the buyer and Ms. Pisciotta represented the seller of the property. First this was a CASH DEAL no lender involved. The attention to detail Ms. Pisciotta provided was extremely lacking. We closed on 17 September 2020, I flew in for the week to take care of this business transaction and was disappointed when my agent and I did a final walk through inspection prior to closing. Yes, I purchased property as is with no repairs required by the seller even though the inspection revealed several concerns which needed immediate attention. The property was not ready, a few things I will point out. Trash and recycling was left out side at the end of the drive way (a huge mess not even organized). Trash left inside the garage. The house was extremely filthy, bathrooms not cleaned, toilets stained, showers stained and dirty, kitchen area, counter tops not cleaned with food particles still left all over, both refrigerators had mold inside the drawers, all drawers and cabinets, floors , carpet dirty. In addition during pool closing the cover to the pool was missing not inside the tool shed, so we had to order a new pool cover. To top it off the trash was not picked up because they would not take the recycled boxes unless they where organized and broken down properly. I had to bring all the trash back into the garage and request a bulk trash pick up for the following week. In the condition this house was turned over to me, I'm not sure the selling agent even conducted a final walk through inspection. This is not the way to do business specially when the entire funds (payment were wired on Monday and closing was scheduled for Thursday). The selling agent had plenty of time to ensure this house would be ready for closing on Thursday. In addition closing time was switched to accommodate the seller, not having any consideration that my time was limited. As a veteran, I'm trained to follow a schedule, its unfortunate that others are not as disciplined. I find the lack of attention to detail, and communication extremely disrespectful and offensive. My family or I will never do business with your agency again. I am on the market to purchase another property and if I see your agency as the listing agency, I will immediately walk away. I will not entertain the idea of doing business with your Real Estate Agency again, you lost a potential client. Signed. Buyer
