She takes her time every time, listens to all your questions and concerns, gives great advice, doesn't ever try and rush you out, and makes you feel so loved and cared for. My kids love her too! I wouldn't ever want to take them to anyone else. The nurses here are amazing as well and always give the best experience. You can tell they love working with kids and last but definitely not least, the front desk staff. They are so nice and loving. They know my kids by name without even looking at their schedule. They're so friendly and work hard up there.

We've seen several different doctors before they assigned us to Dr. Braun. We've really liked them all, but she has been so great! When our son had an issue with his hand she did everything to ensure we were supported. She even called while she was off to follow up and check on him. They slow down and answer all questions, we've never felt rushed but they respect your time. First doctor's office that I've seen run on time! I'd highly recommend this practice.

When we arrived the door to the building was locked. Like the entire main building that houses Elizabeth Pediatrics. I then had to call for someone to unlock the door to the building AND THEN they had to unlock the door to Elizabeth Pediatrics. Sign in went quick and we were quickly called to the back with little wait as we were the very first people there and the waiting room was empty. We wait in the doctor room for 20 minutes and still no doctor which is concerning since there's literally nobody else here. I go to the front desk and am told that the doctor didn't show up. No call, no show! My kids and I have to be somewhere 30 minutes away and I'm just now being told that there is no doctor. Had I been informed of this earlier, I would have rescheduled but no, I'm made to wait 20 minutes before I'm communicated with and only because I went out to check. I'm then told that another doctor will see my daughter and that she will be in immediately. Immediately turned into still having to wait. After nearly an hour of what should have been a 15 minute nurse visit, we finally leave. This is absolutely ridiculous!
