Fool me once, shame on you, fool me twice, shame on me. The first time I was very forgiving because he said he was busy on a project. Excuse was he had an emergency (oldest excuse in the book). The next time I chose a day he said he could come any time. Once again, never left a message or called to say he wasn't coming. I thought he would definitely come through, especially after he blew off the first appointment, but no. Since I don't live where I needed the job done, I made arrangements for someone to be there practically all day. Waste of time! I come with message receipts attached. Needs to learn how to schedule and call when there are phony emergencies. Messages don't show the time they were left; but when he does answer messages, they come in the wee hours of the night.
