I have a small issue with this company. I called this company because I was out of town and my wife needed our busted washer swapped out for the new one being delivered. I spoke to Eric and he was nice and sent me confirmation of the time he'd be there to help. When the time came when he would be there I texted my wife to ask how it was going and she sent me a picture. The picture was of this buff ass, muscle man. Wth?!? I'm out of town and they send a full on movie worthy "junk man" that is just working in my house, carrying these heavy ass appliances like they're styrofoam?! (See attached recreated photo) Anyway, They did they're hauling job great! I appreciate the hard work and professionalism. Will hire again to move more stuff soon. read more
