I spoke to Eric and he was nice and sent me confirmation of the time he'd be there to help. When the time came when he would be there I texted my wife to ask how it was going and she sent me a picture. The picture was of this buff ass, muscle man. Wth?!? I'm out of town and they send a full on movie worthy "junk man" that is just working in my house, carrying these heavy ass appliances like they're styrofoam?!
