He and his team member made it look super-easy as they loaded all the stuff into their trucks. Importantly, as they were cleaning up he said specifically to his team member: "Make sure it looks like we were never here." And indeed, when they left the space looked at least as clean as when they showed up. And aside from all these details - he's just a great guy, with a good sense of humor and so easy to talk to. When the time came when he would be there I texted my wife to ask how it was going and she sent me a picture. The picture was of this buff ass, muscle man. Wth?!? I'm out of town and they send a full on movie worthy "junk man" that is just working in my house, carrying these heavy ass appliances like they're styrofoam?!
