Marcos helped me deliver it to those who wanted it and helped me get rid of the rest. He is such a hard worker and is dependable. He does everything with such a good attitude. I'm grateful to have found him.

I was looking to remove two old couches (love seat and three seater) and was searching around for a good quote. I was quoted as high as $250! Luckily, I found Remove All Junk. Marcos was great! He gave me a very reasonable rate and was quick with communication even when I contacted him at 11PM. We scheduled an appointment for the following day. I called a few places asking for a quote and although the prices were reasonable, I just didn't want to spend that much. I found Remove All Junk. I called and Marcos the owner answered. He offered to come in person to give me an estimate absolutely obligation free. He arrived promptly at the arranged time. After he saw the junk I needed to get rid off he gave me a really good deal with no bologna involved (of a fee for this and that). I immediately accepted to move forward with him. He confirmed that his bobcat also measures 36 inches, which I was already aware of. However, he examined the gas meter, which was protruding, and suggested that the great miracle worker Salvador might maneuver the bobcat through by slightly adjusting the meter and squeezing it in just enough. It impressed me because the other contractors had stated that it was impossible and that we would need to demolish the six-foot wide block wall on the other side of my house and reconstruct it afterward. I was not fond of that option because of the expense and time involved. When the skilled and incredible Salvador and his crew began their work, their method of tackling the job amazed me. They seemed genuinely happy and enjoyed their tasks. I have a feeling that the energetic Mr. Salvador set up a competition to discover the best performer of the day, potentially offering a prize for their hard work. I found Orange County Rescue Mission and I love the support they provide for the community so I decided I wanted to give my donations to them. Orange County Rescue Mission is open Friday to Wednesday from 8am-5pm, Closed Thursdays. They have a convenient area for you to drive up, and their volunteers are super nice and will be more than happy to help you lift and unload your donations. Donation receipts available upon request.

I've previously had my donations picked up, or gone to donation bins, or dropped a few things off at Goodwill. Orange County Rescue Mission has a drive thru drop-off for your donations. I had 5 boxes, so a lovely gentleman brought a bin on wheels over and helped me put my boxes inside. He asked if I would need a receipt for my taxes but I politely declined. I do believe the items I donated had good value but I don't have much experience with taxes and previous receipts I've gotten usually end up missing by tax season. Prior to donating my things, I was able to go on their website and see exactly what items they accept. This helped a LOT because there were actually a lot of items I wouldn't have even considered donating like unused toiletries. I would probably try to give them to a family member or a friend of perhaps end up just tossing it away. I'm really glad they provide a list of acceptable items for donating!! I hope other people who wish to donate items really do READ lists such as this one, so they are aware of what can be donated. I just remembered people from my past who would try to donate opened foods, & insisted they were still good because they were non-perishables. Some people just don't know you can't donate ANYTHING. I don't understand people who donate things that they wouldn't use, if the same or similar item were donated to them (in the same manner). Some behaviors are perplexing. Anyway!! I LOVE this place and I'm currently working on filling up another 3 boxes. I'll have to go buy some more boxes so I can start sorting through my storage unit as well!! I do have a few questions on some items and what condition they must be in to be accepted for donation. I'm pretty sure they had a number on the same page that I could call and ask, which I will be doing, just haven't gotten around to it yet! I'm really happy I found this place & recommend others to donate items & volunteer here if they have the time! (:

Marcos is super nice and a very hard working man. He answers his phone super fast and never misses a call. He usually shows up the day after calling and takes just about everything that is trash. I've called him 4 times in a year and I've never been disappointed with his work. I would highly recommend him and he charges a very good price compared to other junk removal companies. He's been in and out of my house no more than 1 hour hauling the trash filling up his truck. One of the times he went by himself and hauled super heavy furniture without struggling. So we have been doing heavy backyard work and have been removing very large and heavy items.
