5 stars for the service at the UH tent at asu!! come by and say hi!!
    Erica J.

five stars for this tent. Come by and say hi!! very friendly kids and a great place to live!!!

Every time I go to shower I have to wait like 5 minutes for my water to turn warm only to start showering and the water turn ice cold. I've put in so many maintenance requests only to be told that there is nothing they can do for me. Save yourself the trouble don't live here! UH commented on this review and asked me to reach out, l've actually sent an email to the assistant manager here about the water pressure issue and have had no resolution or proper feedback for over a week. Talk about place that does not care about their residents! DO NOT LIVE HERE!!! Little update on the water situation it only took them 7 months and getting the CITY involved for them to fix it! Kept getting ignored by management so we ended up getting the city involved. Management was absolutely terrible throughout this whole process and ignored our parents and our emails. Please for the sake your mental health don't live here! I've also had so many other problems living here and since they haven't done anything about it I'm going to start posting it all here. I'll update this review with everything soon!!! Also the elevator has been down in tower two for over a two days and nothing had been done to my knowledge to fix the elevator! Talk about neglect! Update: the elevator took 4 days to fix. It's utterly ridiculous. Hey guys I added some pictures of the property and leaks that I found around the building, specifically the parking garage. Just an fyi if your thinking about living her the parking garage has flooded once this year and the front lobby twice. Also don't let them use the sauna as a selling point it's a glorified storage closet and doesn't work. Along with all of this our apartment units ac broke and it took them around 2-3 months to fix. A credit of 250 per person was offered for a BROKEN AC IN SEPTEMBER.

The coolest dudes repping the brand

Great staff, cool complex, great rates!! Gotta love affordability. Definitely considering this place! Go devils!

These are all of MY maintenance request, and I have 4 other roommates.

TECHNICALLY THIS IS THEIR THIRD CONTACT WITH ME. THE FIRST WAS IN AUGUST 2025 WHEN I POSTED MY GOOGLE REVIEW AND THE BUSINESS RESPONDED ON GOOGLE THE SECOND WAS WHEN MIKE WEAVER REQUESTED INFORMATION AND THE THIRD IS THEIR RESPONSE TO THIS YELP REVIEW OUTSIDE OF THAT NO ONE HAS CONTACTED ME OR ATTEMPTED TO WORK WITH ME THROUGH "APPROPRIATE CHANNELS". THOSE ARE ALL BLATANT LIES. (all photos have been added to the business page since i was having issues adding the screenshots of the email with Mike Weaver to the review it's self, to view photos scroll to the very bottom and you should see them). I sent a formal Notice of Intent to Sue via email and Certified Mail, giving them a firm legal deadline of May 29, 2026. Their VP of Legal Affairs, Mike Weaver, explicitly emailed me back asking for the documentation, which I provided immediately. That deadline has now passed, and their legal department completely ghosted me with absolutely zero response. They claim they follow policy, but their actual policy was keeping a fraudulent $10,417 negative mark on my credit profile for nearly four continuous years. They repeatedly verified this false debt to credit bureaus despite me filing over five separate formal disputes. All of this stems from them breaching their own contract by refusing to let me move in on my signed move-in date, leaving me facing immediate housing instability. Pretending you are actively working with me is a joke. I have the entire tracking history and email paper trail to prove you are lying. See you in court.

Based on my experience, I would strongly recommend that you think twice before renting at this…read moreproperty. Unfortunately, my experience has been extremely disappointing. The property has ongoing issues that have made it difficult to feel comfortable, safe, and secure. There have been problems with cleanliness, including being placed with roommates who do not properly maintain shared spaces, as well as recurring bug and pest issues. The property gates have also been broken, and I have observed homeless individuals roaming around the property, which has added to my concerns about safety and security. The roommate situation can also be extremely challenging. Some roommates have parties, drink, smoke, make excessive noise, and have additional occupants or guests staying in the unit who may not be on the lease. The main entrance door has also been left unlocked on a regular basis, which is a serious security concern. I also experienced a very serious roommate situation during my time at the property. I was placed with a roommate whose behavior became increasingly concerning and unpredictable, and I began to feel unsafe in my own home. I brought my concerns to management and expected the situation to be taken seriously and addressed before it escalated. Unfortunately, I did not feel that management took the situation seriously enough or took appropriate action to address my concerns. The situation eventually escalated to the point where I had to seek legal protection and obtain a restraining order. I ultimately had to involve law enforcement because I did not feel the situation was being adequately handled by management. No resident should have to reach that point before their safety concerns are taken seriously. This experience significantly affected my sense of safety and peace of mind while living at the property. If you are a student or someone looking for a quiet, clean, respectful environment where you can focus on school, work, and simply have some peace of mind, I would seriously reconsider choosing this property. Another major concern has been communication with management. When concerns are brought to their attention, they can feel dismissed, minimized, or pushed aside rather than taken seriously and resolved. I have also experienced billing and fee issues that required me to question charges on my account. Addressing legitimate concerns with management should not result in an attitude or make a resident feel like they are bothering someone simply for asking questions about their own housing. Overall, my experience has left me feeling that management has not consistently prioritized residents' legitimate concerns, safety, or quality of living. In my experience, concerns have not always been handled with the professionalism, urgency, communication, or respect that residents deserve. I would strongly encourage anyone considering this property to do their research before signing a lease. Ask detailed questions about roommate placement and policies, security, maintenance, pest control, additional occupants, noise, and how management handles serious resident complaints and safety concerns. My experience has taught me that it is extremely important to ask these questions before committing to living here.

I was living in a "renovated unit," however, the built-in desks in the bedrooms were old, the couch was old, the built-in entertainment stand was old but everything else was updated & *poorly updated at that. The paint was just thrown on the walls, cabinets and countertops were put on quickly & it shows. Maintenance was pretty good at responding to calls & getting things taken care of-- I'll give the complex that. The biggest issue is that everyone in the office has a different answer to your question & nobody can give you a clear answer on anything. I needed to find a relet for my unit since I graduated early. They barely give you any instruction on what to do. They told me to have my person who was taking my relet to fill out an application & indicate on it that they were taking over for me. Nowhere on the application is that an option. Additionally, you have to pay 85% of your current rent rate to them to break the lease. So they give me my balance & tell me to pay it as soon as I can online. They gave no date it was due by, nor did they tell me my online account would be deactivated once the new tenant moved in & I would be required to pay it via money order or check ONLY because previously, I was told I would keep access to the account as long as I had a balance. Finally, I get a letter in the mail showing I have 30 days to pay the balance or I will be sent to collections (even though I'm given no date it's due to begin with but okay, fine). So I go online to pay which I cannot because my account has been closed & I live in Ohio now, and when I call to ask how I can pay, they say they have sent my info to collections but it has not been 30 days yet? Long story short, I ended up having to send a friend money via an online app and have them write a check & take it to the leasing office to be processed to avoid being sent to collections. Moral of the story-- if you have to cut a lease short or need the office to do a task more difficult than giving you your mail, be prepared to have 5 different answers & have very vague letters come in the mail that have no information or clear instructions on how to complete something.

The lock to the public park adjacent to the complex was broken - which was a safety concern.
