I'd say their prices are average ($7 cheapest, $15 highest) in comparison to other car washes in surrounding towns...but in Xenia it's probably the priciest. Honestly though, you get what you pay for! Another reason for my rating though, is the responsiveness of the owner and his willingness to correct issues. This car wash has an app that you can download. You can purchase your washes ahead of time on the app and scan the code from your phone when you arrive at the car wash. When you purchase washes on the app you accrue points that you can eventually redeem for free washes. Yesterday, my husband left work in the late morning and purchased a wash on his app. He went straight to the car wash, waited in a bit of a line and then scanned his code when it was his turn (he was next, there was a car in the wash). It went through fine but then when the car in the wash finished, the door never opened to let him drive through. He waited for a while and it still didn't open. There were about six cars in line behind him so there was no reversing to get out, he had no choice but to pay for another wash to get the door to open. He sent the owner an email (since it was Easter Sunday he figured there probably wouldn't be anyone answering the phone) explaining what happened. The owner emailed him back this morning and he was so friendly and understanding. He credited my husband's card for the second wash and even added a free wash to his account on the app for next time, which was completely unnecessary! Obviously with technology there are sometimes glitches and things can go wrong...but not everyone is always willing to make things right. Just another reason my husband and I will continue to use this car wash!

I recently moved to the area and was very happy with my first visit to Soft Touch. However, my…read moresecond visit was not only unsatisfactory but my car was also permanently damaged. Not only was the cleaning incomplete (trunk not cleaned, dash controls not cleaned and floor mats not cleaned) but the top of my dash, under the windshield, was scratched and sliced up multiple times. I don't understand how this could happen - the person must have been holding something sharp in addition to the cloth. I haven't gotten an estimate to fix it yet but I think the entire front part will need to be replaced and it will be pricey. I did call Soft Touch to tell them about my experience since they advertise that they are committed to satisfaction. I did receive an apploligy and was told to let them know if it happens again. However, with the extend of the damage, I don't think I'll be returning.

Went through the machine fine and parked in the southern most parking spot facing the bank. As it was very windy that day the towel cart was not outside and I needed to go inside the office to get drying towels . As I was walking back to my car a fallen sign, which had recently been picked up from falling over by an employee, was cartwheeled by a gust of wind into the passenger side of the Audi. This created several dents and chips in the paint of the passenger side doors. I immediately flagged over the manager, Alex, who admitted to seeing the sign hitting the car. We filled out information on his phone and he assured me that they would take care of the damage. The following day I got a phone call from Alex who let me know that I needed to bring in three estimates and they would approve the fix. On 3/21 I dropped off the three estimates. I returned on 3/27 as I had yet to be contacted nearly a week later I was told that they did not believe I got accurate estimates. I went to Voss, White-Alan and a Mercedes collision center down in West Chester. These are all certified and reliable locations. Alex told me he would contact me again the following day. This was 3 weeks ago and they have ghosted me. Because of their shady business practices I had to contact my insurance which will certainly increase my premiums. DO NOT TRUST THIS PLACE!

This young man Jaden was very professional, greeted me as soon as I walked in and my car was done within 30 minute. I've never have had service that fast.
