When I asked about alternative dates, they said they'd get back to me and never followed up. This forced me to completely rearrange my event on short notice. On top of that, the way I was treated in person felt noticeably different from how they spoke to or interacted with other clients. This made me feel unwelcome and singled out, which no customer should ever experience. Overall, the lack of communication, inconsistency, and unprofessional behavior made this a very disappointing experience. I genuinely hope they take this feedback seriously and improve how they treat prospective clients and handle bookings.

We ended up deciding not to drape the walls because I love the way the natural walls look, and we ended up with the white floors with the gold outlining. Everything we wanted was custom tailored to exactly fit our needs. Raffael make sure to go over everything with us so that we did not miss anything two weeks prior to the wedding and then followed up a week prior to make sure that every single detail was taken care of. The main reason we chose Palladio, and the reason we always choose Palladio, even for our home catering events, which they also do, is because the food is absolutely top-tier amazing. We are all very big foodies and the food served by the hall makes a really big difference for us. The food is always perfection, the crab salad is my absolutely everything on this planet. The ice cream that they bring at the end is always a hit with my guests. Located in Glendale, this is the place to be for horse racing. The bartender was super nice, the drinks were great, and the seating was very comfortable. Top notch ambience with supersized TVs. We were able to get the bartender to flip one of the TVs over to the NBA playoffs, which was perfect for us. If you come hungry, it's worth noting that they are happy to serve pizzas from Ozzy's next door. I hope to be back soon.
