Did I mention that they take cash? No Venmo. No Apple pay. No Zelle. Leave your checkbook at home. Don't pull out your plastic. No bitcoin. It won't work here. They made sure the horn honks, although you aren't supposed to use it unless it's an emergency. All lights, blinkers and otherwise, wipers, tire treads are checked. They peeked under the hood, and I'm sure they were impressed at the compact power plant. Then, the papers were returned to me and I was on my way. Same time, next year!

They were friendly, knowledgeable, efficient--and genuinely fun to interact with, which makes a big difference when you're dealing with inspections. They clearly know their stuff and took the time to explain things without making it feel stressful. It's obvious they provide the service but don't make the rules, and I get the sense they often deal with frustrated customers who aren't prepared. Even so, they remained professional and upbeat. We rented mopeds from Robert at the beginning of December when we were in Wailea and had an amazing…read moreexperience. The team was organized, prompt, and very friendly and helpful. We called in the morning to see if we could rent mopeds and had them within an hour and a half (an hour if we didn't have to eat breakfast). The delivery made things even more convenient since we didn't have to go and pick them up. We met Keoki at the front of our hotel and he was so wonderful. We've never ridden mopeds before, but he pointed us to the videos and gave us some pointers and we were set! He also went out of his way to give us recommendations for where to snorkel and tell us about cool places to go on the island, including places to eat and stop along the way. We really could not have asked for a better experience. We had initially only rented the mopeds for a day but had so much fun that we extended until the end of our trip. To return them, all we had to do was call them and arrange for the pickup. It was so easy. Renting mopeds our trip so memorable and allowed us to explore so much more of the island. And the drop-off/pick-up service made the process SO EASY and so seamless. If you're considering it, just do it. You won't regret it!

If Yelp would have a option for 0 stars it would be that. I had a valve cover gasket replaced for…read moremy 2011 Audi because it had and oil leak problem. He supposedly replaced the valve cover gasket. When the car was done, I started in the morning just to find out it has a Check Engine Light, I scanned the code and it was a Camshaft position sensor fault. To my surprise the tech working on my car forgot to plug in the sensor. I replugged it back in but the Engine light was still on. I rescanned the car but when I started it again it started to bog down under 1000rpms. I quickly turned of the car and rescanned the code now it shows a multiple misfire code. When I reached out to the tech he recommended that the plugs and coils needed to be cleaned and plugs needed to be replaced because there was a inch of oil in them, but to my confusion is why did he not do it one time if he was replacing the valve cover gasket I understand he did not have to replace the plugs but why couldn't he clean the inside since he had to pull the coils out anyways. Well I did that started it back up but to my surprise it still hasn't fix. Then he recommended that the coils we bad so he said to replace them. I replaced the coil and again to my surprise it still hasn't fixed the problem. He told me he was working with is boss to find a solution but clearly they weren't. I even emailed them using the email provided on there website but to no avail the email hasn't been responded to in 8 days. So I took it to my own hands and wanted to get a second opinion on a certified Euro Mechanic shop. I towed to to here shop and in there first report I read from them they said the valve cover was still leaking. I can't even express my disappointment with this company. If you aren't confident enough to work on a Audi just say so its not worth the pain and suffering of the customer. Now I have to deal with my broken car, which was working perfectly fine before I handed to them.
