His garage is to the left as soon as you enter, and a few other businesses are located there such as Maui off road Adventures. Phone number is the same, and so is the fantastic service and workmanship you know you will receive from Alex and his team. I'm so glad we can keep using his skills to keep our 2007 Jeep on the road. Ka'anapali Auto Collision is opening next door to him soon so we will have facilities back on this side of the island. So please, support our west side businesses by using their services. They need community support to keep them part of our community!

I called and told them about it and waited for a call back that never came. The ABS light finally went off. So I guess it is ok. And most recently "wheel hub with bearing" replacement. I was charged $59.73 for "shop supplies" which was a total for ALL estimated repairs. I paid upfront for the parts which was $673.94 and then charged tax again on that amount and the balance. In total $1624.20 which by the way is a service that should have been tops $1200. The end result is they have lost my future business approximately $2000+ because of the petty overcharges. Make sure before you agree to the estimate you check prices. HORRIBLE price gouging.

The mechanic that worked with me said they couldn't get the right part (the car is a 20 year old "barn find"), so HE MADE ONE. This guy is nearly a magician. I would like to start off by saying that I have bought and traded my cars with Karmart for the last…read more7 years. The sales people are persistent and can make hell of a deal. This review is for the Karmart service side of things. Karmart service does not answer the phone. You have to call them at least 6-10 times for them to pick up and this is a consistent issue over the years, and I learned why-- they have the phone ringer all the way down. I stood at the desk to turn in my keys and you can hear the faintest ring from the desk. There're all laughing and giggling talking about lunch in there so they can't hear it. Second I got a quote for over $1000 to replace TWO of my brake pads and rotors. They told me that it was dangerously low and I should leave it with them over night to fix it-- I said no because I felt like that price was outrageous. I proceeded to pick my car up and he tells me that he could offer me a discount of $200 and lower the price to $800 and some change. I still said no --I went right down the road to a mechanic and he quoted me $500 to change my TWO brake pads and rotors said he'd only need it for 1 hour -- vs karmart who told me they'd need it from open to close. $438 is what Karmart wanted for labor & $524 for "parts" the other mechanic said that that's a ridiculous price as my parts for my car costed him $300. Be warned that their parts department prices are outrageous and I will never use them now that my complementary services are done.

I'm writing this as a repeat customer, which is why this experience was so disappointing…read more We recently decided to hold off on a repair for our van. Earlier that day, my husband was on the phone with the mechanic and asked whether he could text that same number to follow up. The mechanic answered, "You're talking to me, right?" so my husband texted to let him know we were holding off on the work. We had no way of knowing it was the shop's landline, and it was never mentioned. A week later, the mechanic called asking if we were still bringing the van in. When I explained that we had already texted to cancel, he became short and dismissive, told me he had blocked off the entire day, and waved off the fact that we had reached out by saying, "Yeah, you texted the shop phone." When I pointed out that he had told my husband to use that number, he said "yeah, yeah" and hung up on me. I understand that a last-minute change can be frustrating for a business, and if there was a mix-up about which number to use, that is worth clarifying for future customers. But responding to a paying customer by talking over them and hanging up is not professional. We won't be returning. Good mechanics are worth keeping, but basic respect for your customers should come standard.
