Right when I walk in she was rude with a horrible attitude. Didn't get a welcome after I was being respectful and nice. I ask if I can use the atm machine and she starts scolding me repeatedly for not swiping the card I entered it since it had a chip. Then I do as she told me and she goes hey hey ey ey ey!! You don't listen to my instructions. She said I won't help you with your transaction and you can take your business somewhere else and literally told me to leave. I came to visit family from California and had to make a really important payment for rent and this is the treatment I get from this horrible human being. Horrible customer service and I will make sure this gets reviewed.

But, I have a claim with the IRS and lawyers taking care of this. They will be shut down soon! I filed law suits and we will get to the bottom of this.

Extremely disappointed with the customer service at this location. I recently opened an account…read moreonline and was turned way by am associate named Nicole. First, there is a small sign near the teller stating check cashing is for account holders only. My bf and I had just opened an account online which I had an email verifying it was available to use. We stood in line 20 mins right before closing time and it wasn't until we reached the front that Nicole approached us to ask what we needed. As soon as I said "online account" she kept cutting me off saying they wouldn't be able to help because I didn't setup ids online?!? I had no idea what she was talking about and she refused to let me get a word out. She also kept ask who's name is on the check? What does that have to do with it anything? Bottom line this was an awful experience and I'm not sure I want the account with Bank of America.
