I have NEVER had a $300 a day limit until I started banking with them. I also did some disputes on charges that were not authorized. They gave me my money back, just for them to turn around and take ALL of my money and left my account -$156. I have small children. I am a single mother. Because of this, my insurance lapsed on my car, my daughter couldnt go on her field trip, I was not able to get food for a couple of days, and my son was sick and I couldnt get meds for him. I provided this dumbass bank with proof of the charges that were not authorized and explained my situation and they STILL did NOTHING. But yet, they claim they investigated the purchases. When I tell you Apple and this bank better count they got damn days!! I do NOT recommend this bank at all!! If you want things done right and you want to sleep good at night knowing your account is secure and in good hands, DO NOT USE THIS BANK!!!
