After a month I was willing to take another credit hit just to get a new agent for my re-finance this is when I called ahead to Jason Huynh's office and talked to Qui. She is very professional, kept very good and fast responsiveness and made me not hate State Farm again. Mr. Huynh please do something great for Qui she deserves recognition for her ability to turn a horrible experience into a least stressful one and I am grateful to her. She broke down the whole process for me as well as the fees as many times as I needed to understand. If she didn't know something she would call State Farm directly to get fast answers for both of us. Thank you again to this location I will recommend you to friends & family as well as strangers
