There are a few processes that need to be refined, one being user friendliness of the online banking. I sent in an email request and after 2 weeks no one had contacted me. When I called, I was promptly directed- so for now - calling should always be your first point of contact. At first I was not happy with the change, some paperwork was messed up, and I had to get it corrected, but the correction was all done through phone, fax, and email.
