After several failed…read moreattempts to resolve the problem myself, the person/s on the help number given to me and tasked by the provider to help me came up with "I have sent you an email with your authentication code". I gave up and took my laptop and my problem to Peter at "PC Clinic". I don't think I could have made a better decision. Peter had to do battle with robots and human agents. This went on for a number of days with time spent answering the same questions and explaining, in the simplest terms, the problem I was having. Peter persevered and finally I received a phone call from someone higher up my supplier chain with a brain and in 5 minutes problem solved and back online. I think Peter went above and beyond in his efforts to solve my problem. He not only solved my problem but also gave me advice on browser choice and my computer security and lots of general information around care and use of my computer. I cannot praise Peter enough. He has a friendly approach to the customer, he is very knowledgeable, nothing seems to be too much trouble. In my opinion he gives value for money. So, would I recommend PC Clinic? 200% YES.
