I am wayyyyy overdue on leaving ASAP my review! Man, I don't know where to start. What an amazing…read moreexperience! Martha and her company ASAP carpet & HVAC cleaning by my best friend who had used them for her own HVAC cleaning. We both have pets and allergies and I know she wouldn't give me a bad recommendation. Her experience was so positive, I knew I had to reach out. I don't think ASAP does carpet cleaning in the Columbus area, but they do come to Columbus for HVAC cleaning - yay!! Not only was Martha kind and prompt throughout the scheduling process, she thought of everything -- including looking at my house/street parking situation. I had never had HVAC cleaning before so I never thought about needing parking permits since they worked for probably 5 hours. I worked with the city and paid for the right-of-way parking we needed in advance. Her consideration helped us avoid a huge issue! We didn't have to wait too long for our appointment. They arrived on time, worked quickly and thoroughly. I knew our HVAC was dirty, but man the before/after photos they took were unreal! No wonder I couldn't keep the dust down! My favorite part - and this really sets them apart: they use a thyme-based disinfectant in the ducts that smells SO good! It doesn't last long, but everything smells fresh when they're finished. The difference it's made in our air quality is incredible. I wasn't sure what to expect, but I had high hopes and ASAP knocked it out of the park. It's not the cheapest service, but the price is absolutely fair and competitive (several hundreds of dollars below a competitor quote). Support this local business and you will be so happy you did!!

I called them on a Saturday night, and they were able to come out promptly on Monday. Very qualified and excellent service. Also very easy to deal with and at a very reasonable price. I highly recommend Martha and Preston for all of your dryer vent inspection and cleaning needs. I also hear from my friends that they do an excellent job at carpet cleaning as well! In my 30 years of doing business, I have not met a more unsavory, unethical, or dishonest man as…read moreGreg Carr. His acts, at one of the hardest times of my and my girlfriend's life following a house fire, can only be judged by God and will be at some point, I am certain. I met Greg Carr at a group in Licking County that is politically affiliated. I will not mention this group as they were not aware of his behavior prior to me and my experience with Greg. This group was just as misled as I and had it not been for this group, I would not have hired Greg or his company, if one would call what he has a company. The best I could tell, Greg Carr has at least one real full-time employee, Mike ****, who is formerly from Pro Seal but an auto mechanic by trade. All the other workers whom I interacted with were moon lighting, Thomas the electrician, Tim the carpenter, the drywall finisher, the flooring person. All of these people hardly knew Greg yet and had only met Mike at a store on a job that he had done (not sure if it was even for Greg). These folks were not working for Greg on a regular basis I gathered, and the confusion amongst them all was apparent. I unfortunately had contracted Greg to do an office building in Newark and these folks were working, intermittently, at that project when on 4/2 my house had a major electrical fire causing catastrophic damage. The office project was "A favor" as Greg said because they were restoration people but because of "our relationship" he was helping me out. I had asked Greg for a quote time and time again in my office and a contract detailing the work. He never found the time for that as he comes across as this super busy guy, after all they are a "Tiziri" company. To that point, Greg, when we were still friendly said he and his wife Darleen had combined two words to come up with that, as perception is everything he stated. We finally agreed on 20k for the office build out and shook on the amount. I later understood why he had not written out a contract. In fact, he would not produce anything in writing on either project we interacted on and would say "just trust me we are friends", which I now know was my mistake. My house caught fire on 4/2 in Jersey Township and happened in a way that only God could have had a hand in as no one or no pet was harmed, only significant property damage and made my house unlivable. Early on, Greg spoke of how he could do the entire job and when we mentioned plans and permits, Greg frowned on that and said we did not need that and it would hold things up for us. We were concerned at this, as my girlfriend and I felt these were needed to rebuild such a structure but we accepted it early on as, honestly, we were trying to trust Greg. Turns out that's not the way things are conducted in these situations but after all, I am a doctor and my girlfriend is a public administrator and city councilwomen. It all came to a head when Greg, or someone, submitted a $47,000 bill to Liberty Mutual for work he, nor his company, had performed. Mike and now two new faces (nice young men) had done some demo, but Greg was billing me for a host of things that were simply never done. In fact, some of the work, such as ozone treatment, would not be performed in a home that still had charred debris in it, yet he was attempting to collect on that.y and my adjuster pointed this out to Greg, which he I had my lawyer call him and offer him $5,200 for the demo he did at my house. He had broken the granite which was not included in the repair estimate and my insurance did a supplement for that damage. His response to my attorney was "He is trying to steal from me". I felt that was more than fair, in fact, very fair, based upon what was done and that is what the insurance adjuster recommended I pay as I had sent him a video of what had been done. I have exceeded the word count BEWARE is all I can say!!!!! If he will do to me what he did he will do to you!
