The sauna and steam room are great, honestly I'm surprised to see these bad review on here because every time I go there I get a great work out and a nice relaxing time in the ladies locker room at the sauna and steam room. I The club is nice but my experience of having true access to tennis league has not been good. I have tried to get into leagues and always told on a regular basis that they are full but somehow , I have met people who I play tennis with at other people who manage to get into the leagues. I play 3.5 tennis I should not have a problem getting into leagues at my own club. I am told to get on the sub list. I pay for full access to all clubs, when it comes to playing tennis the Racquet club and athletic clubs seem to be full. When it comes to renting courts, and doing live ball, I have no problem with those services because I am paying extra for them. I know that the league has fees too. Unfortunately , I live in Arkansas , I learned that the tennis culture is not the best, very selective from my experience when it comes to tennis and of the limited access of indoor courts in the state does not help . I would strongly recommend that you ask about all access before joining . This people will not change trust me .

We started at local belt-mill (ATA) and quickly realized our mistake, but contrary to a reply to…read moremy direct question about my ability to terminate a contract before signing it, ATA refused to do so. FYI, ATA uses deceptive sales practices and will tell you that you can quit any time, what they don't mention is that you have to move! After a good friend heard my story and recommended Impact I visited and was immediately impressed by what I saw. Instead of a bunch of little kids with advanced belts sitting around a candle meditating (ATA), I saw kids running, exercising, fighting, "YES SIR" responses expected, and my son was immediately excited about what he saw. It just so happened while I was there an original founder of the school happened to be present. When I told my story about ATA and still having almost 6 months to go on their contract that they refused to terminate, he suggested to the man currently running the school they allow my son to attend free for 6 months! Needless to say we took them up on their offer and some 9 years later are still there, need I say more!

I talked with the kickboxing coach and he's spent many years in Thailand. This is the place to train if you want to be with strong competitors in your area of interest.

I was surprised to find she was instantly engaged in a conversation with Nathan Kirby and really liked him. It was his understanding of how to engage that made her instantly talkative (which is rare). Everyone from desk to coaches are really nice and knowledgeable people. The kids have a blast and are quickly learning from day one. My daughter Maya asks every day about going back. We had snow and she says everyone should have 4WD vehicles so we can all get back to class. The Kirby's are great. I learned more here in a couple weeks than an entire year at other gyms. Very fast paced learning but informative. More fight focused and not just cardio fitness.
