There service is terrible as they can't enter a person information correctly so when ya come in to pick up order as date they promise it not ready because they don't know how to pick up a phone and contact the customer when there an email issue that they enter incorrectly. After officially becoming a customer, I can confirm their 4-star rating. And I think I would have upped it to 5 if it weren't somewhat pricey for the 2 trophies we purchased. But the service was fantastic and the turnaround time was excellent--only 2 days. They have an immense selection and seemingly do it all when it comes to awards, plaques, banners, t-shirts, etc. And if you can't find a spot on the street, they have parking in the back. I literally drive by this spot weekly as it's on Orange Ave downtown and has neon etc. I always wondered what it looked like inside and last week I discovered it's huge! Walked in and wasn't ready for a huge showroom of trophies, plaques, glass awards etc. Who knew there were so many options when wanting to reward someone? Don't know what you want? Don't fret, they have someone who will walk around with you and show you options. Want to customize? They have options for that too! I was in need of an overnight project and the rush on that? Only $10... score! This was for a regular trophy with customer engraving but nothing too personalized. I was extremely impressed with the customer service, pricing and speed of everything here. They have a ton of people working too so someone will be available to assist you. My first and last visit was to the downtown location. Three staff members were behind the counter, but none greeted me when I entered. I had to go to them to ask questions, and they were not just uncooperative and unhelpful, but actively hostile. I've rarely encountered worse help at a business, or a more unpleasant atmosphere. What a place! You might have seen this little neon gem off of Orange Ave when stumbling back from Firestone or just cruising around downtown. Visually impressive at night, during the day it is all about trophies. I find trophy shops fascinating because you can get an award for practically anything. The place has been run by the same people for years, so they know what they are doing. I find trophies to be a great gift, or an awesome pick-me-up if you are feeling down. When I then asked how long it would be, they said "a while that's why we told you to come back in the morning". Situation was not handled professionally. Not impressed. Called to see if they could make a name tag with a military logo for a veteran. They said they need vector artwork. I do not have this and ask how do I get it. The person on the phone said they could not help me. I ask if the have made any other veteran items with unit or military logos. She said yes they do. I ask how did you get those logos she said she did not know. I then ask my I speak to someone else she hung up. I would some place else for work. If this is there customer service one the phone I would not expect anything different in person. read more

United Trophy in Sand Lake used to be a great place to place orders for trophy and plaques but not anymore. They mess up orders and the gentleman that works there doesn't even apologize. DON'T RISK IT! Honestly, save yourself the headache. This company is awful and they will promise you the world, but fail to deliver, leaving you high and dry on your special day or for your event! We specifically called in advance to confirm that they could produce a rush job for an event. We received a call back at 2:19PM the day of the event (2.5 hours before we were scheduled to pick the trophies up) only to hear that they were not able to make the items and that they were just "really busy". The representative then proceeded to place blame on our original sales rep advising that she worked in the T-Shirt department and was extremely busy. My question is why would you promise that you could do it and not call us first thing in the morning to allow us time to seek an alternative solution. You WILL BE DISAPPOINTED if you order from here.
