I've been using this company for years to make trophies for my students. I am in charge of a volunteer club that is part of the Kiwanis organization and I throw my students a banquet at the end of the year where I give out awards to recognize those that go above and beyond in volunteering for the year. The trophies always look great and the ordering process is simple. I personally worked with Yolanda the past two years and she has been excellent! When there has ever been an issue with a trophy, they always work to ensure it is fixed and perfect! I usually just reorder what I've done in the past but they have a huge selection of trophies and awards for all kinds of sports and activities and achievements! read more

There service is terrible as they can't enter a person information correctly so when ya come in to pick up order as date they promise it not ready because they don't know how to pick up a phone and contact the customer when there an email issue that they enter incorrectly. Wouldn't even give a full star! read more

I always have a great experience with United Trophy. Across different roles and organizations I continue to come back due to the professionalism and consistency! The prices are good and they have a good selection of items. read more

After officially becoming a customer, I can confirm their 4-star rating. And I think I would have upped it to 5 if it weren't somewhat pricey for the 2 trophies we purchased. But the service was fantastic and the turnaround time was excellent--only 2 days. They have an immense selection and seemingly do it all when it comes to awards, plaques, banners, t-shirts, etc. And if you can't find a spot on the street, they have parking in the back. And they accept the Buy Local Orlando card--10% off trophies and glass plaques. read more

Man, everything and anything relating to trophies, plaques etc... Just about any kind of award imaginable United Trophy has it. Even things you would never dream of. I went in to order a replacement name tag, regular turn around time is three days. I thought it was going to be at least a week. THATS customer service. The lady who helped me Liz, she was as sweet as could be. Got trophies? read more

United Trophy is the Premier place to get all your trophies or awards. I have used United Trophy on multiple occasions and they have always delivered on time with no errors. Last minute jobs are not a problem due to on site design and most work done on premises. If you want a pleasant, professional group of employees that bend over backwards for you, use United Trophy. Many Thanks especially to Rona. A+ read more

I literally drive by this spot weekly as it's on Orange Ave downtown and has neon etc. I always wondered what it looked like inside and last week I discovered it's huge! Walked in and wasn't ready for a huge showroom of trophies, plaques, glass awards etc. Who knew there were so many options when wanting to reward someone? Don't know what you want? Don't fret, they have someone who will walk around with you and show you options. Want to customize? They have options for that too! I was in need of an overnight project and the rush on that? Only $10... score! This was for a regular trophy with customer engraving but nothing too personalized. I was extremely impressed with the customer service, pricing and speed of everything here. They have a ton of people working too so someone will be available to assist you. When I went to pick up my item the next morning there was a small error but they fixed it immediately and I was out within 10 minutes. Overall I was happy. read more

What a place! You might have seen this little neon gem off of Orange Ave when stumbling back from Firestone or just cruising around downtown. Visually impressive at night, during the day it is all about trophies. I find trophy shops fascinating because you can get an award for practically anything. The place has been run by the same people for years, so they know what they are doing. I find trophies to be a great gift, or an awesome pick-me-up if you are feeling down. Feel free to get yourself a trophy. read more

Very disappointed. Regular customer and my regular order now has a font up charge fee after the job was done wrong. I feel now that I am literally paying for this mistake. Three 1" x 3" plagues are $43. Thanks but I'll go somewhere else in the future. read more

United Trophy Mfg - Almost $15. Way overpriced. - Trophy Shops Near Me - Orlando, Florida

My first and last visit was to the downtown location. Three staff members were behind the counter, but none greeted me when I entered. I had to go to them to ask questions, and they were not just uncooperative and unhelpful, but actively hostile. I've rarely encountered worse help at a business, or a more unpleasant atmosphere. There are many places in Orlando offering trophies and plaques, and I'll be using one of them. read more

This place sucks. Went here to get ONE small trophy for my grandpas 70th birthday. They said it would be done 7/25/18, that is 5 days after I placed my order. I come on 7/30/18 only to find out my order was on hold this whole time and I had to wait there for them to do my one little trophy I ordered 10 DAYS AGO . Not impressed won't come back EVER read more

I have been doing business with United Trophy in Fern Park, FL for a little over 5 years and couldn't ask for better service. Ginger, the manager, always has the best attitude and is always helpful. I place orders on behalf of an RV Motorhome club and it doesn't matter if I'm placing an order that amounts to $10 or hundreds of dollars, I am always treated with the highest regard. I really appreciate all that Ginger and United Trophy has done to make my job easier. Kudos to you all. read more

Ginger and her staff were very cooperative & knowledgeable. They had an adequate number of trophy designs to choose from, and the quality of the final product was outstanding. I had many compliments from both participants & spectators at our annual car show @ St. Stephen's Catholic Church. This is the first time we used United Trophy, and if I am still in charge of our car show, I will continue to use United as our trophy designer & manufacturer. I tagged along with my husband who is a teacher to get end of the year trophies and medals for his students. Ashley Dixon was very helpful, patient, and kind during his search to find the perfect awards! Even as it approached closing time, she never got flustered. Just refreshing to see there is still great customer service out there. read more

United Trophy is great. They have all kinds of awards for every sport, special event, or milestone/achievement. They can engrave anything and they are easy to work with. Trophies, plaques, ribbons, you name it. United does it all. I used them for the first time last summer. The staff members were very professional and the turnaround time was fast. This particular location is right on Orange downtown. If you need any type of special award, this is your place. read more

After they broke one of the trophies, the staff was rude to me and told me to come back and get it the next morning, although it was for an event that night. When I then asked how long it would be, they said "a while that's why we told you to come back in the morning". Situation was not handled professionally. Information would not have been given to me had I not asked. read more

Great customer service, quick turnaround. I've been using this location for 6 years and never had a problem. Highly recommend.

Not impressed. Called to see if they could make a name tag with a military logo for a veteran. They said they need vector artwork. I do not have this and ask how do I get it. The person on the phone said they could not help me. I ask if the have made any other veteran items with unit or military logos. She said yes they do. I ask how did you get those logos she said she did not know. I then ask my I speak to someone else she hung up. I would some place else for work. If this is there customer service one the phone I would not expect anything different in person. read more

United Trophy in Sand Lake used to be a great place to place orders for trophy and plaques but not anymore. They mess up orders and the gentleman that works there doesn't even apologize. DON'T RISK IT! Honestly, save yourself the headache. This company is awful and they will promise you the world, but fail to deliver, leaving you high and dry on your special day or for your event! We specifically called in advance to confirm that they could produce a rush job for an event. We received a call back at 2:19PM the day of the event (2.5 hours before we were scheduled to pick the trophies up) only to hear that they were not able to make the items and that they were just "really busy". The representative then proceeded to place blame on our original sales rep advising that she worked in the T-Shirt department and was extremely busy. My question is why would you promise that you could do it and not call us first thing in the morning to allow us time to seek an alternative solution. You WILL BE DISAPPOINTED if you order from here. Don't leave your special occasion or event to chance and risk it. read more
