They are clearly knowledgeable and invested, and they do quality work. After trying them out with a couple of small orders, I recently had 70 pieces, shirts and jackets, embroidered with our company logo. I needed a quick turnaround, but still didn't have all of my pieces in hand due to shipping delays. I called ahead and Doug put us on the schedule in advance so that when I finally took everything in to the shop, he was able to complete the order within two days. Price is reasonable, work is excellent, and they offer great guidance. I'd give them six stars if I could!

They sent me an invoice which I paid and because they didn't know my order was never started. They then realize and rushed the order to finish in time. Quality is absolutely terrible. The ink was thick and blotchy crooked on some shirts. It started to flake and come off before the first wash and after yeah destroyed. They had zero accountability and said that because I didn't buy the shirts from them, there's nothing they could do. They rushed the order and did a poor job. This wasn't for a lawn care business I was trying to start a brand. This is not the place for that. Mind you these are hand died and cut shirts from Los Angles Apparel. Please don't go here.

Tonya was so accomodating and made submitting my design quick, painless, and actually super simple. I even felt comfortable enough to give her some creative license and I am so glad I did; the design was so much better than I imagined. Even the when I went to pick up the shirt, the young man (I'm so sorry that I am terrrrible with names) was terrific in completing the transaction with friendly professionalism. An all around job well done. We received compliments upon compliments at the church event we participated in. As a matter of fact, we're in the process of taking some additional orders for our iCustom shirts. Tonya, young man ; ). and iCustom, thank you so much for taking what was initially a stressful time and changing it with the creation of a beautiful inspiring design. You guys are phenomenal!

The second time I worked with this company my artist was absolutely amazing! He totally understood what I wanted, he worked with me, and he had great ideas. I was at the point in my process with them where I needed to order the shirts and have them delivered by a specific date. If you want to get shirts and deal with the hassle of working with people who are unwilling to work with you this is the company that you should go with. However if you want great shirts and great customer service I suggest you find another T-shirt company.
